The cured PPF/PPF-DA polymer networks material can be used as a LEDs encapsulant, owing to suitable refractive index, high transparency, appropriate tensile strength, and excellent thermal stability.

Upon the 365 nm excitation, the novel green-emitting phosphor Ba2Gd2Si4O13:Eu2+ possessed excellent thermal stability. Its luminescence properties indicate that it is a potential candidate for ultraviolet LEDs.
