We report for the first time on co-sensitization between CH3NH3PbI3perovskite and PbS quantum dots (QDs) in a heterojunction solar cell to obtain a panchromatic response from the visible to near IR regions.

We report a new type of metamaterial comprising a highly ordered 3D network of 3–7 nm lead sulfide quantum dots self-assembled in an organic matrix formed by amphiphilic ligands (oleic acid molecules).
