The reactions of OH and HO2, radicals were studied in an isothermal flow reactor using ESR detection technique. The rate of the reaction H + O2 + M → HO2 + M (5) with M = He was measured at T = 300 K k5 = 5 · 1015 cm6/mol2 sec . Via quantitative measurement of OH-radical concentration by ESR it was shown that the reaction of HO2 radicals with H-Atoms produces mainly OH-radicals. The reactions OH + H2O2 → HO2 + H2O (6) and NO + HO2 → NO2 + OH (7) were studied in the temperature range of 298 ≦ T ≦ 670 K.
