AbstractMaster teachers are associated with achieving excellence in teaching; however, there are no research studies that describe master teachers in nursing. Based on an analysis of interview responses from eleven, experienced, full-time, undergraduate nurse educators, this qualitative study offers an empirically based description of characteristics and behaviors of master teachers in nursing. This description of master teachers provides nurse educators with characteristics and behaviors that may be needed to develop a master teacher practice. Increasing the number of master teachers in nursing could have implications for creating teaching criteria to evaluate teaching practice and develop professional development activities.

Some academics are pushing for teaching staff to implement didactical practices to obtain sustainable behavior. Moreover, a fundamental element of gamification in all educational stages is the noteworthy effect it has on student motivation. In our study, we examined higher education students’ assessments in the University of Malaga on the design of educational gamification and the teaching criteria that relate to gamification, and its effect on student’s motivation, the applications of gamification, and the attitude towards sustainability. A questionnaire was administered to students studying for degrees in education from the University of Malaga. A total of 187 valid surveys were obtained. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was computed for these data based on an exploratory–confirmatory model and using SmartPLS version 3.3.2. A positive relationship between assessment of students’ motivation and sustainability attitude was found. We found that the opinions of the students about the role of their training and teaching design material in education would affect students’ motivation and the sustainability behavior, although the power of this last construct is moderate.

The study aimed to reveal the performance of the educational supervisor in practical education in the faculties of education in Palestine to the standards of modern evaluation from the point of view of students, and then develop a proposed proposed perception, and the study used the descriptive analytical curriculum, and the sample of the study consisted of (189) students, selected in a class way Relative randomness from al-Azhar and Al-Aqsa Universities in Gaza, the questionnaire applied in the second semester 2015/2016. The results revealed that the reality of the educational supervisor performed in practical education in the faculties of education in Palestine to the standards of modern evaluation from the point of view of students came to a high degree with a relative weight of (78.13%), and the focus of the standards of the use of educational means received the highest relative weight of (81.3%), and then the axis of standards During the course of the study, a relative weight of (79.4%), then the axis of pre-teaching criteria with a relative weight of (78.0%), then the axis of criteria after the lesson (evaluation), and received a relative weight of (77.1%) and the relative weight of the axis of personal criteria (74.8%) and the results revealed no statistically significant differences in the progression The members of the sample of the study saw the reality of the performance of the educational supervisor in practical education in the faculties of education in Palestine for the modern evaluation criteria due to variables: university, cumulative rate, sex. The results were interpreted in the light of the literature of the study, and the study provided the proposed scenario.

Higher education is facing many challenges. The world is becoming a global community due to the fast development of technology. A present-day citizen of the world must quickly and efficiently communicate thoughts and ideas, think critically, adapt to changing circumstances. In the world with almost unlimited access to information, the ability and skills to differentiate accurate and inaccurate information are becoming imperative. The higher education society is becoming more and more multicultural and this demographic change has created the necessity to review approaches and attitudes to teaching. The burden to adapt to the requirements of the multicultural education is on higher education teachers. What are the criteria for excellent teaching? What makes excellent teachers, and what qualities and skills do they possess?

Speech therapy, despite being a science about 70 years old, has presented a reasonable growth rate in Brazil when compared to other sciences. This study aimed to explore the elements cited by the authors as essential to guarantee the quality of the published works, aiming at the elaboration of a protocol for the analysis of research texts in the feld of speech and hearing pathology. In order to respond to the proposed objective, two pilot protocols were frst developed: one for the delineation of qualitative researches and one for the design of quantitative researches, from the result of the elaboration and application of the same, new criteria defned with greater objectivity were established to be used in the elaboration of a protocol that aims to explore the researches of quantitative approach in the health area. For this, the defnitions and proposals of several authors present in the theoretical framework of the study were compiled. The research resulted in a protocol composed of 12 items and 60 subitems. It is believed that the suggested protocol can be used to elaborate and evaluate scientifc works of quantitative approach to be used by teachers, students and professionals of the area as a way of guaranteeing the quality of the scientifc production ublished in speech therapy and in other areas. Keywords: Science. One of the most neglected topics in Technical Communication textbooks and professional articles is the concept of criteria development. Most approaches to teaching criteria development tend to be prescriptive, overly superficial, and, at times, confusing and misleading. One can develop criteria for evaluating the relative merits of potential solutions to problems only after a thorough problem analysis. Criteria themselves derive from two sources: assumptions drawn from the conditions of the problem itself and external constraints that create additional barriers to problem solutions. This article provides a rationale for emphasizing methods of teaching criteria development and describes a heuristic for identifying relevant criteria. Such an approach also addresses national concerns that we develop teaching methods that allow students to think logically, systematically, and analytically.

The introduction of information and communication technologies in the modern educational process at all levels is widespread in the world. The algorithm of successful e-learning, peculiarities of using online formats as one of the ways of educational resource of foreign language teaching, criteria of platforms, and applications selection constitute the study’s relevance and its main goal. The author proposes a methodology of teaching a foreign language based on the use of technical means of information and communication technologies, its methodologically secured system of electronic ways of monitoring, control, evaluation, and the classification of online tools aimed at building the educational process. The described analysis of the foreign language teaching process based on the application of information and communication technologies is of scientific and pedagogical interest from educational information transmission in a non-linear format. The results obtained in the study can be useful for teachers in the implementation of the general management of cognitive activity of students, in communicative and advisory activities, holding mono-courses or collective projects developed by educational organizations.
