Currently available diffusion constant and Sieverts constant experimental results are based on time dependent permeation experiments. The common principle is an analysis which is expecting that the permeating hydrogen is “transported” from the retentate chamber to the permeate chamber through the connecting membrane, with a vanishing hydrogen partial pressure on the permeate side. But reality shows a different behaviour caused by the fact that a nonzero hydrogen partial pressure in the permeate chamber is necessary for detection purposes. This nonzero pressure is mostly not considered by analysis. This issue is solved (approximatively) numerically by the procedure as described in this paper. This work is rooted in the field of fusion research, where so called purge gas with low partial pressure of tritium is contacting the structural materials (300-550°C) of the fusion reactor (blanket) and of process equipment, where the tritium losses are of interest. The developed algorithms are intended for the evaluation of an experiment termed “Q-PETE” (Q for any hydrogen isotope, PEermeation Transport Experiment), which abstracts the hydrogen transport conditions of the fusion blanket, and where the effect of nonzero hydrogen concentration on the permeate side is relevant. The algorithms are useful for all experiments, where the ratio of hydrogen pressures between retentate and peremeate side are far from infinite.

On November 10 the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution defining Zionism as “a form of racism and racial discrimination.” The vote was 72-35 with 32 abstentions. A week earlier Abba Eban had written in the New York Times that “there is…no difference whatever between anti-Semitism and the denial of Israel's statehood. Classical anti-Semitism denies the equal rights of Jews as citizens within society. Anti-Zionism denies the equal rights of the Jewish people to its lawful sovereignty within the community of nations. The common principle in the two cases is discrimination.” Mr. Eban's words, coming as they did, not in the midst of a pro-Israel rally, but in a reflective column from a widely respected figure in the international community, a man who has not hesitated to criticize publicly aspects of his own government's policies toward the Arabs, must be accorded a special seriousness.

The study discusses the soil moisture estimation using dual polarimetric RISAT-1. The semi-empirical approach of Modified Dubois Model (MDM) derived by (SrinivasaRao 2013) is worked out using (σ ̊HH) and (σ ̊HV) for soil moisture estimation using dual polarimetric backscattering image. IRS LISS IV data have been used to analyze the site suitability of different land use/cover types. The retrieval of backscattering coefficient values (σ ̊) from SAR is the common principle factor for soil moisture estimation. The surface roughness was measured in the selected sample location, for which the same backscattering values derived from the SAR is linearly correlated showing r2 = 0.93. The estimated surface roughness is used for retrieval of dielectric constant using MDM. The dielectric constant derived from MDM in combination with the Topps model proposed by (Topp 1980), is used to derive satellite-based soil moisture estimation. Linear regression analysis was performed, and the soil moisture derived from SAR are well correlated with the volumetric soil moisture showing the value of r2 = 0.63.

The Confucian physician at once embodies the common principle of self-cultivation shared by both the Confucian and medical communities. Both traditions are different; Confucianism being the only kind of political philosophy that emphasizes moral cultivation while Chinese medicine focuses on healing sickness, how may the Confucian physician integrate the two?

This paper sets out to prove the critical role of the Confucian physician in philosophically integrating the two traditions.

It will first analyze how the characteristics of the Confucian physician make the fusion of Confucianism and Chinese medicine possible, before distinguishing between the two processes of role integration as well as the synthesis of philosophical concepts and thus demonstrating that Confucian physicians call upon “theories of benevolence” to integrate Confucianism and medicine. With the concept of “cohesive harmony” at it’s core, and by linking Confucianism’s concept of “Harmonization” and Chinese medicine’s "Balancing of Yin and Yang", the Confucian physician’s approach to medicine creates synergy between Confucianism’s self-cultivation and Chinese Medicine’s therapeutic nurturing.

The summary will not only provide an overview of the argument, but will also apply the lens of the Confucian physician to critique the joint phenomena of commercialization and excessive treatment found in modern medicine today.

انحلال العلاقات الزوجية في المسيحية The research aimed at showing how chirisnans come to end the marriage relation in the cases adopted by bases sects which are (Committing adultery and leaving religion), and how the religion council in cases in which divorce was achieved by special civil courts considering divorce as a legal procedure on which the marriage relation is ended. The research followed the historical method and analytic descriptive method. The most important reached reach by the research are: i. All parties do not consider it lawful by divorce except in limited restricted cases because this does not agree with the Christian marriage characteristics; hence it is considered a secured tie, basically unfastened except lay death. r. The couple has no right to end their marriage life by their individual desire or by their agreement together, as in Islam, as it is considered against the common principle and it is impossible to go against what is admitted by the parties sharia, and the lawful cases for the end of this relation cannot be expanded in its explanation or measure on it, as it goes against the principle. r. If the reason of divorce is from the women so, she loses everything ; the children the dots and the trousseau that she might have brought to their house, if she had got children which means that the children will remain with their father regardless to the wife who is guilty in their custody if they were underage.

AbstractIn her new book, Patricia Kitcher supports Onora O'Neill's view that the categorical imperative is the highest principle of both practical and theoretical reason. I claim that neither O'Neill's original interpretation nor Kitcher's additional evidence in favour of it are convincing. At its core, this misconception of Kant's position consists in the identification of self-referential critique of reason with the concept of autonomy. It will be shown that the ‘common principle’ (Kant) of both practical and theoretical reason is not the categorical imperative, but the reflective power of judgement, as Kant claims in the Critique of the Power of Judgement.
