The doctor is someone who because of his knowledge tries to heal people who are sick. One effort to spur doctors' performance is by conducting a performance evaluation. At present the job evaluation system at Royal Prima Medan Hospital is still done conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. Based on this, the author designed a Decision Support System for Evaluating Doctor Performance using WEB-based Weighted Product (WP). There are five criteria in evaluating doctor's performance including assessment of patient care, interpersonal and communication skills, writing and completeness of medical records, professionalism / work behavior. The research was conducted by looking for the weight values of the criteria and then processing the ranking from the doctor's judgment. Keywords: Decision Support System, Weight Product, WEB

Abstract Aim: Based on the National Health Service job evaluation scheme, we aimed to construct a quality indicator for Chinese nurses. Background: Because most nurses’ low job satisfaction has led to a high turnover rate, establishing a job evaluation system that truly reflects nurses' values has become the core of Chinese nursing work reform. Methods: Based on the literature review and Delphi method, a questionnaire containing 30 items was designed. By stratified sampling, nurses from six tertiary public hospitals in Beijing were selected. We collected 701 valid questionnaires. SPSS 24.0 was used to extract factors and analyze the questionnaire’s reliability and structural validity. Results: We retained 26 factors and divided them into four dimensions: Knowledge and Skills, Responsibility, Work/Environment, and Task Characteristics according to principal component analysis. The Cronbach’s α of four dimensions ranged from 0.890 to 0.923, indicating high reliability. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value was 0.960, demonstrating good structural validity. Conclusions: The improved job evaluation system has strong reliability and validity and reflects the nurse’s job characteristics scientifically. Implications for Nursing Management: Nursing managers can apply this job evaluation model to formulate nurses' performance evaluation standards to improve their comprehensive ability.

This study investigates the impact of an expert system used as a decision aid in a job evaluation system. Both performance outcomes and psychological outcomes are analyzed in an experiment in which the intended users of the expert system served as subjects. The study draws largely from behavioral decision theory for its theoretical support. Although this study examines an expert system within an HRM context, the results are useful as one test of expert system efficacy within the more general area of managerial decision making.

The idea is to create a situation of input – output equilibrium that equates with a fair wage being paid in revisit for the type of work or job in hand. This is in order to reach a win / win situation, determine any problem that may occur between employees and their employer related to wage uniformity or equity, and to create sound work weather. In order to create a sound and scientific internal pay system, this thesis makes an in-depth assessment on the application process of point-factor job evaluation approach. Questionnaire survey and statistical analysis methods are used to decide the factors of job evaluation system. Also, it focuses on the weight determination using better AHP method.
