Readers theater productions are meaningful expressions of creative pedagogy in higher education. This article presents the script of a readers theater called Identify This… A Readers Theater of Women's Voices, which was researched, written, and produced by undergraduate and graduate students in a women's studies class called Intersections of Race, Class, and Gender. Section one of the article reproduces the script of Identify This that was based on life history interviews with a diverse selection of women to illustrate intersectional identities. Section two briefly describes the essential elements of the process we used to create and perform Identify This.

Research is the framework for the development of human social and scientific progress. Foundations for improved scientific thinking is often established at the post-graduate level where students undertake independent investigations aimed at exploring a chosen topic within their chosen area of specialization. Irrespective of the discipline, institution, or topic chosen, post-graduate students often adopt specific research framework(s) and processes which involves selecting design(s) and data analysis procedure. This seemingly routine task has been the bane of many post-graduate students. This chapter focuses on research methodology involving the selection of appropriate design that aims to establish the general data collection and analyses procedures, selection of a sample from population, and discussion of findings in line with existing literature or controlled observation. This chapter provides suggestions for improving the research engagement process through the adoption of appropriate research design and selection of statistical tool for data analysis.

The re-examination is an important part of the graduate record examination and a basic link of assuring the student quality. Consequently, research on retest evaluation systems is significant and necessary. This paper uses fuzzy clustering analysis which is based on a reasonable membership function to analyze the graduate re-examination in military academies. Furthermore, the kin index is selected by corresponding indexes. Finally a brief and scientific evaluation index is obtained reasonably. These provide good references for the military graduate admission.

This study was intended to investigate the predictive relationship between GRE scores and subsequent grade performance in graduate chemistry courses. Records were evaluated for 145 graduate students in a chemistry program. Higher GRE scores were significantly correlated with higher grades in several specific courses. These results indicate that, in some instances, GRE scores significantly predict the graduate course performance of chemistry students.

The problems of the Russian technical master degree are considered on the example of the “pain points” of the Russian bridge-building education. The analysis is carried out in the school-university group, and the university examines the chain of undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate studies, preparation and defense of a thesis and writing books, textbooks for bachelors, undergraduates and graduate students. It is noted that the selection of «humanists» and «techies» at the school level by allowing the first not to pass the exam in physics leads to a decrease in potential candidates for admission to technical specialties of universities and the creation in society of a large group of young people who are not ready for further activities in technical areas . Also, a large number of humanitarian subjects are taught in technical specialties of higher education institutions and therefore “techies” are also ready to work in these areas, but not even a general technical subject is studied in humanitarian and economic specialties. A brief description and comparison of 12 master’s programs (including foreign) in bridge building is given. The problems of modern 4 year postgraduate studies are described, as well as the organization of defending a thesis with a small number of dissertation councils and limiting the number of suitable opponents. We also briefly reviewed the «pain points» concerning teachers of engineering universities, their workload, salary, and the ability to engage in scientific research. In conclusion, considered a number of ways to solve these problems.

The decision-making system for the selection of new postgraduate student admissions which is carried out manually requires 7 days to submit the decision results. The selection is very important, so that the quality of input (input) of prospective students can be maintained in accordance with established standards. Therefore we need a system that can help in the decision making process quickly, precisely, and accurately. The purpose of this study is to help postgraduate master's study programs in conducting the selection of prospective graduate students in accordance with their abilities and disciplines. The method used in data processing using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, is a method of weighting the sum of the criteria values ​​of each alternative. The results of the decision in the form of ranking the number of values, based on the passing grade value that has been set> 0.70 declared passed, or <0.70 declared not passed.

The outcome of having a manuscript published in reputable international journals leads students to various challenges. The supervisor has an essential role in succeeding students to achieve this goal. This study aims to determine the position of the supervisor in guiding students to have a publication in reputable international journals by a research group activity. This study focuses on retrieving data from three non-native speakers (NNS) supervisors who guide graduate students majoring in chemistry who have manuscripts published in reputable international journals. Data obtained by interview method. This research uses the qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Based on the data collected, the mentor has a crucial role in succeeding the students to have reputable international manuscript publications. Interventions conducted by supervisor varied from the selection of a title to the choice of journal publisher.

A major topic of the Rech Conference on Christian Graduate Training in Psychology was that of the “Christian virtues” as potentially powerful therapeutic factors that should be manifested in the lives of Christian psychologists. Yet, the Christian training programs do little to intentionally develop such virtues. This paper is a case study examining the virtue of wisdom as one of the central characteristics that should be encouraged in psychology graduate students. I begin by suggesting a way of defining or thinking about the nature of wisdom from a Christian perspective. A wise human person is someone who truly understands what it is to be human and the nature of the possible ways of existing that confront human beings. Understanding what it is to be human is inextricably tied to knowing and understanding God. Selection of those students who have the greatest potential of growing in wisdom during their graduate training is then discussed. I conclude with suggestions for fostering growth in wisdom during the years of graduate study.
