Skinner's (1953) Science and Human Behavior suggested that a science of human behavior could potentially have both negative and positive impacts on human welfare. The present paper first outlines how the contemporary gambling, and advertising, industry illustrate several of Skinner's (1953) concerns and then discusses how medicalization and the critical psychiatry movement share important epistemological similarities with Skinner's work. Skinner (1953) worried that a science of human behavior might negatively impact human welfare, and Skinner's concerns, and potential solutions, are explored in the context of current research.

The environment has both positive and negative impacts on humans. Positive impacts if the environment is well maintained and negative impacts if the environment is not maintained. The environment has an impact on humans in the health sector and also affects the community's economy. An untreated environment can also cause disasters that will harm humans for their lives. It is the environment that influences the good or bad of human behavior. This is because the influence of the environment is very large in everyday life.

This research aims to figure out how human’s behaviors affect the dolphin’s life in Dolphin Tale. The researcher used qualitative method to analyze the data. The primary data are taken from Charles Martin Smith’s movies entitled Dolphin Tale (2011) and Dolphin Tale 2 (2014). In addition, the researcher used ecocriticism approach to analyze the positive and negative impacts of the human’s behavior on the dolphin’s life. Theories of human and nature and dolphin studies are also used to analyze the impacts of the human’s behavior on the dolphin’s life. The results show that some human behaviors can give negative impacts while some other give positive impacts to the dolphin’s life. The negative impacts can be seen on the dolphin that gets injured because of human behavior. Meanwhile, the positive ones can be seen on the dolphin that is successfuly recovered. Based on those findings, it can be concluded that there should be a balance of human behaviors which affect the dolphin’s life.
