The current study investigates the ways to increase accessibility to higher education for students with disabilities. The importance of implementation e-learning for such students as one of the preconditions for effective social and psychological adaptation and further successful integration of persons with disabilities into society is emphasized. A survey of students with disabilities was conducted to identify their needs in educational process. The main difficulties that they overcome in the process of education in institutions of higher education are identified. The main peculiarities and advantages of the distance learning course «Adaptive Physical Education» are described created in the Moodle system. The differences and benefits of Microsoft Teams over the Moodle platform in the process of e-learning for students with disabilities are described. The process of organizing of «Adaptive Physical Education» distance learning course for students with disabilities on the Microsoft Teams platform and the purpose of implementation it in the institution of higher education are emphasized.

Today's readers engage in compelling, moving, customized, and customized content. This need is met by an online learning style, where students can study voluntarily and on their own. The effects of digital integration are also evident in the education sector and have contributed to significant changes in the way education is taught and consumed. In the context of new normal e-learning is going on with fast paces where the physical component is lacking. The absence of physical work out may affect the performance of the students which needs motor relearning in the next normal scenario. The present article deals with e-learning with motor relearning programmer with emphasis on implicit, explicit and sequential learning.

The 21st Century’s new dimension of digital technology usage in education has been unanimously welcomed worldwide. Higher education and tertiary institutions were awakened by the outbreak of the never experienced coronavirus disease (COVID-19) to embrace e-learning. Southern Africa institutions were not spared from this pandemic which had escalating deaths on daily basis causing Heads of States to announce immediate closure of learning institutions among others to curb the spread of COVID-19. Tertiary institutions implemented teaching and learning as a deficit model. Educators and learners had to go digital learning by embracing, ICT, E-learning, M-learning through the use of Learning Management Systems which include Moodle, Sakai, Google classroom, and such related platforms. In response, Health, Physical Education and Sport educators were not spared to embrace the necessity of Digital Technology usage in online teaching and learning. This paper aims at discussing DigiTech in HPE, it’s benefits, types of DigiTech, E-learning and blended e-learning, M-learning. For the upcoming digital generation, some useful DigiTech platforms in HPE have been generated to enormously improve the conducive digital teaching and learning environment.

This study aims to analyze the process of lecturing the theory and practice of physical education at the Salatiga State Islamic Institute (IAIN Salatiga) using the google clasroom media. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach and case study design to examine in depth the aspects that influence the use of google classroom media in the physical education learning. The results of this study are the physical education e-learning using google classroom at IAIN Salatiga can be used as a solution to the limitations of theoretical and practical in the physical education learning. Furthermore, it makes it easier for lecturers to deliver physical education material and makes it easier for students to learn physical education material. Internet signal access is a major obstacle in e-leraning physical education using google classroom at IAIN Salatiga.

The purpose of the study was to develop e-learning modules and to study its influences among national eligibility test aspirants in physical education subject. To achieve this purpose initially thirty six male national eligibility test aspirants who had completed postgraduate in physical education in the last three years have been randomly selected from Tiruchirappalli and Pudukkottai Districts, Tamil Nadu state, India and their age ranged from 24 to 27 years. A multiple choice test (pre-test) based on the NET physical education syllabi was conducted for all the subjects and top twenty scorers were taken as the subjects for this study. Using matching procedure on the basis of their pre-test scores, subject were assigned to two equal groups of ten subjects each and named as group ‘A’ and group ‘B’. Group ‘A’ underwent teaching along with e-learning modules sessions and group ‘B’ undergone teaching sessions alone. To prepare the e-learning modules based on UGC–NET exam syllabus in physical education subject, the investigators had chosen unit seventh and prepare the ten modules with help of the mentor. The teaching of the syllabus was administered for both groups for a period of ten working days with each session lasting for an hour each day in the morning session. The e-learning modules developed by the investigators were shown to group ‘A’ for 15 to 20 minutes per day after the teaching session. For displaying e-learning modules, the computer laboratory was used. The post test was conducted to the both groups with a different set of multiple choice questions. To find out the difference between the two groups analysis of co-variance (ANCOVA) was used, where the final means were adjusted for differences in the initial means, and the adjusted means were tested for significance. It was found that the teaching along with e-learning modules showed significant improvement on national eligibility test aspirants in physical education subject.
