Subjective ratings of jobs have, in the past, often labeled them as heavy. This has tended to bias hiring into these positions towards physically stronger people. This paper details an investigation of a job in a printing department of a pharmaceutical corporation. While large differences in physical work capacity were found between subjects, actual on-the-job measurements of these people showed that it was not beyond their individual abilities. All employees used approximately the same percentage of physical work capacity while doing the task. Certain heavy elements were identified and discussed. Possible redesign of these heavy elements were recommended.

Tomato is in high demand because of its taste and health benefits. In Florida, tomato is the number one vegetable crop in terms of both acreage and value. Because of its high value and wide acreage, it is important for tomato production to be efficient in its water and nutrient use, which may be improved through fertigation practices. In these days most of the software development uses preexisting software components. This approach provides plenty of benefits over the traditional development. Most of the software industries uses their own domain based software libraries where components resides in the form of modules, codes, executable file, documentations, test plans which may be used as it is or with minor changes. Due to shrinking time and high demand of software development it is necessary to use pre tested software components to ensure high functionality in software developed. Software components can be used very easily and without having the worries of errors and bugs because these are developed under expert supervision and well tested. What we have to do is just embed these components in our project. In this paper a survey got conducted over 112 software developer,testers and freelancers. In survey several issues in CBSD were identified. An efficient repository along with a component search engine is developed. All the component retrieval techniques were evaluated and compared with precise and recall method.

The purposes of this reasearch are 1) describing the efforts of increasing the elementary school of Turusgede teachers pedagogic competence at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year in opening and closing the learning by using the self assessment technique and 2) analysing the increase of the elementary school of Turusgede teachers pedagogic competence at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year in opening and closing the learning by using the self assessment technique. This research is School Action Research (SAR). This research is taken palce in elementary school of Turusgede, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang. The time of this research is the early-middle first semester of 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this research are teachers in the elementary school of Turusgede, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang, consist of twelve teachers. The data of this research is teachers pedagogic competence in opening and closing the learning. The techniques of collecting data are using nontest technique and test technique. The tools of collecting data are using the sheets of observation, camera application on hand phone and the form of self assessment. The technique of analizing data in this research is decriptive comparation. The procedure of this research is using Cycle Model, consist of four steps: planning, action, observation and reflection. Each cycle is going on one week. The results of this research are 1) the academic supervision with self assessment technique is previously sharing the form of self assessment to the subjects of this research, 2) self assessment technique is self assessment according to the next theme and matter, 3) self assessment technique is self assessment after the learning finish and 4) teachers pedagogic competence with self assessment technique is increasing and including good category (B) that according with the result of observation and including very good category (A) that according with the result of self assessment. Key words: Pedagogic, Supervision, Self Assessment Technique.

This article will elaborate the use of performance assessment to measure students competencies in learning science. What type of performance assessment appropriate to assess students learning outcome of science? The answer of this question is necessary for the teachers to determine the best assessment technique in science. Basically science can be considered as the root of knowledge and technology. Learning activities in science should be designed in order to facilitate students learning. It is a constructive process which requires students to study concepts inductively. Learning activities in science should be based on constructivism learning theory which encourages students to build their own knowledge and to apply it in the real world. Learning science should involve several essentials activities such as student involvement (engagement); extracting knowledge (exploration); presenting the findings (explanation); understanding knowledge (elaboration); and achievement learning competencies (assessment). It is necessary to implement performance assessment to measure the students learning outcome in science. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi implementasi penilaian performa siswa untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam mempelajari isi atau mata pelajaran sains. Bentuk penilaian seperti apa yang diperlukan untuk mengetahui kompetensi siswa setelah mempelajari mata pelajaran sains? Jawaban terhadap pertanyaan ini sangat diperlukan untuk dapat merancang dan mengembangkan sistem penilaian untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam mata pelajaran sains. Sains atau science pada hakekatnya merupakan akar perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (iptek). Pembelajaran sains pada semua jenjang pendidikan perlu dirancang agar menarik dan bermakna bagi siswa. Aktivitas dalam pembelajaran sains harus memanfaatkan pendekatan dan teori belajar konstruktivistik yang mendorong siswa dapat membangun pengetahuan dan mengaplikasikannya dalam dunia nyata. Pembelajaran sains berbasis teori belajar konstruktivistik bercirikan belajar seperti: Keterlibatan siswa (engagement); penggalian pengetahuan (exploration); penjelasan (explanation); penjabaran (elaboration); dan penilaian (assessment). Dalam aktivitas pebelajaran sains berbasis teori belajar konstruktivistik penilaian hasil belajar menekankan pada performa siswa dalam mengintegrasikan pengetahuan-fenomena alam. Artikel ini akan mengupas implementasi konsep penilaian performa atau performance assessmentdalam pembelajaran sains berbasis teori belajar konstruktivistik.

Tingginya permintaan tuna sirip kuning baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar mancanegara dan pasar lokal, berdampak pada keberlanjutan perikanan tuna tersebut. Wilayah perairan Flores Timur adalah salah satu lokasi migrasi bagi tuna sirip kuning; Kecamatan Larantuka merupakan tempat pendaratan terpenting bagi nelayan lokal handline tuna sirip kuning. Kegiatan perikanan tuna sirip kuning ini merupakan salah satu pendapatan utama bagi nelayan lokal dan pemerintah daerah setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi tingkat eksploitasi dan menganalisa rezim pemanfaatan dari perikanan handline tuna sirip kuning di Larantuka, Flores Timur. Model bioekonomi Fox dan Copes digunakan dalam penelitian untuk menganalisa tingkat lestari sumber daya tuna ekor kuning dari pendekatan input dan output. Hasil estimasi dari kedua model menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemanfaatan sumber daya ikan tuna sirip kuning oleh nelayan lokal handline masih dalam zona lestari secara ekonomi dan ekologi. Maximum economic yield (MEY) merupakan strategi terbaik untuk mengelola keberlanjutan perikanan tuna sirip kuning di perairan Flores Timur. Melalui pengelolaan rezim MEY diperkirakan dapat menyerap tenaga kerja lebih dari 30 orang, peningkatan armada alat penangkapan sebanyak 25 unit dan pemasukan keuntungan secara ekonomi sebesar Rp68.123.060.000,00 per tahun.Title: Bioeconomic Analysis of Yellowfin Tuna Fishery in Larantuka of East Flores Regency, Indonesia The high demand for yellowfin tuna both in national and international markets has a consequence to the fish resources sustainability. Eastern Flores water is a major area of this tuna mobility; the district of Larantuka is the central port for local yellowfin tuna handline fisheries. These activities are substantial incomes for the local community and regional government. This study, therefore, aims to calculate fish exploitation level and to analyze appropriate management for yellowfin tuna fisheries in Larantuka, East Flores. The bioeconomics Fox and Copes models are used to evaluating the optimal fisheries from input and output approaches. The models’ applications demonstrated that yellowfin tuna handline fisheries are currently estimated sustainable both in ecology and economics. During the study period, the maximum economic yield (MEY) is a recommended strategy to manage yellowfin tuna fisheries in Larantuka, Eastern Flores. The strategy contributes to increasing the number of workers about 30 people, the number of fishing fleets about 25 units and reaching the economic rent  IDR 68.123.060.000,00 in a year
