Basic biological laws that govern the life of the bee family, as well as considering it as a whole organism, are necessary instruments for implementing effective methods of beekeeping and increasing the productivity of the industry. The study of the exterior features of bees must be carried out from different points of view for the concept of the complex activity of the bee family and in order to recommend methods for improving the preparation of bees for winter. Study of the mass of working bees and their rectum began to be used as the main indicator that affects the nature of the preparation of bee individuals for wintering. From the point of view of both theory and practice, filling the rectum with excrement in the autumn period will be an important indicator of an effective wintering in terms of preserving and further developing bee colonies. Effect of two kinds of liquid top feeding acidified with apple cider vinegar on the rectum congestion with excrement in working bees in the autumn, and the safety of bee colonies after winter was discussed in the article. The results of the indicators of the mass of working bees and intestinal mass when feeding two types of top dressing in the form of sugar syrup and honey solution with the addition of apple cider vinegar for the purpose of acidification are presented. The dynamics of rectal congestion in this group of bees is less compared to the group of bees receiving food in the form of sugar syrup. After wintering, during the spring audit, it was found that the safety of bees fed the autumn top dressing in the form of a honey solution with the addition of apple cider vinegar was 95% compared to bee families that received sugar syrup, the safety was 80.5%, with the detection of liquid excrement on the walls of hives and honeycombs

This article is devoted to the study of the image of Executive authorities in modern Russia. The relevance of the chosen topic of the scientific article is emphasized for the present time, when society and the state are developing methods of countering the coronavirus pandemic – not only in the medical, but, no less important, in the socio-psychological aspect. In this perspective, the consolidating potential of a positive image of government bodies and civil servants is noted. Attention is focused on the terminological apparatus of the problem. Based on the analysis of relevant scientific works, the article provides the author's definition of the image of public authorities. The author notes the peculiarity of the image of Executive authorities, which consists in the presence of two inextricably linked equivalent components – the image of the authority and the image of a civil servant. Image formation of government bodies is considered as a multi-factor interaction of three main subjects: government bodies, the population, and the mass media. The main method of implementation is still the mass communication media, which provide a permanent presence of Executive authorities in the information and communication space. It is noted that the basis for the formation of a positive image of the Executive authority and bureaucracy is their effective functioning. At the same time, the perception of citizens, their attitude to the activities of Executive authorities, the level of trust in them is considered as the main indicator of the modality of the image. Based on the analysis of data from sociological studies, the conclusion about a positive trend in the perception of public authorities and officials by Russians is substantiated. However, there is a negative impact on their image of the lack of these changes and, in General, a low level of openness of public authorities.

The conclusion has been made about the necessity to choose the optimal strategies for management by geotechnical systems, based on the analysis of geological faults, which are the main indicator of the mining and geological conditions that characterize the mineral deposits, as well as on the parameters for the infrastructure development of the underground space. The methodological peculiarity of solving the problems set is the use of game theory with modified criteria of Wald, maximax and Savage, since the manifestation of specific geological faults is probabilistic in nature. When choosing the optimal strategy, the average linear deviations of gains or risks are taken into account.

The Duck Pond tin prospect is a vein- and strata-bound cassiterite prospect that is located 2 km west of the East Kemptville open-pit tin mine in southwestern Nova Scotia. The host rocks of the Duck Pond prospect are interbedded metawacke and meta-argillite that belong to the transition unit of the Meguma Group. These rocks contain quartz, sericite, chlorite, hematite, rutile, manganese oxides, feldspar, and porphyroblastic garnet, but not detrital cassiterite. The prospect is structurally controlled and contains several cross-cutting vein sets that have alkalic, chloritic, or argillic alteration assemblages. Muscovite is the main indicator mineral for alkalic alteration and occurs in veins that contain anorthoclase or quartz. Cassiterite is associated with chloritic alteration and occurs as subhedral to euhedral grains, acicular needles, and colloform layers in veins in meta-argillite and as strata-bound disseminations in metawacke. Most cassiterite precipitated under externally buffered conditions with respect to oxygen. Fe, Cu, Zn, and As sulphide minerals and quartz were deposited during argillic alteration. Late-stage processes such as recrystallization, sulphidation, and oxidation also occurred. Chalcopyrite is replaced by bornite and covellite; pyrite is replaced by marcasite.Unlike the F-rich East Kemptville deposit, fluorine-rich and tin-sulphide minerals are not present in the Duck Pond prospect. Trace tourmaline, absent at East Kemptville, is found at Duck Pond. However, the source of tin-mineralizing fluids at Duck Pond and East Kemptville was likely the granitic magma of the Davis Lake complex, which also hosts the East Kemptville deposit. From the mineral assemblages and textural relationships, it appears that as the temperature dropped from 425–405 °C to less than 200 °C at Duck Pond, the pH dropped from 5.2 to no lower than 3. Log [Formula: see text] dropped from at least −19 to −43. Log [Formula: see text] rose from < −15 to > −10. Cassiterite precipitated at the higher ends of the temperature and pH ranges and the lower end of the log [Formula: see text] range.

Abstract Stencil printing has been the dominant method of solder deposition in surface mount assembly. With the development of advanced packaging technologies such as ball grid array (BGA) and flip chip on board (FCOB), stencil printing will continue to play an important role. However, the stencil printing process is not completely understood because 52–71 percent of fine and ultra-fine pitch surface mount assembly defects are printing process related (Clouthier, 1999). This paper proposes an analytical model of the solder paste deposition process during stencil printing. The model derives the relationship between the transfer ratio and the area ratio. The area ratio is recommended as a main indicator for determining the maximum stencil thickness. This model explains two experimental phenomena. One is that increasing stencil thickness does not necessarily lead to thicker deposits. The other is that perpendicular apertures print thicker than parallel apertures.

The article summarizes the research data of the discourse on Muslims in the Ukrainian media in terms of determining their inclusive potential. Based on the theoretical concepts of social inclusion, othering, social distance and discourse, the concepts of «inclusive discourse» and «inclusive potential of discourse» are conceptualized. The latter is understood as a characteristic of the influence of a certain discourse about a social group on the possibility and conditions of social interaction with this group. Considering the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the array of Ukrainian media publications about Muslims, the article presents the meanings of the nodal sign «Muslim» that influence social interaction with this group: extraterritoriality, exoticism, violence, disasters, accidents. An analysis of the headlines points to social distancing from Muslims through such discoursive mechanisms as «presenting the group as homogeneous» and «denying subjectivity». The five discourses of Muslims in the Ukrainian media identified in the previous stages of the study are characterized in terms of their inclusive potential. The main indicator of inclusiveness is the convergence of «we-they» discourses, what is embodied in the similarity of the chains of equivalence and the logic of difference between «we» and «they» discourses. With the usage of this tool, it has been proven that the discourses «Muslim-the hero of Ukraine» and «Muslim-protester» have inclusive potential in Ukrainian society, while «Muslim-terrorist» and «Muslim-victim» do not have such potential. In addition, the «Muslim-believer» discourse also is characterized has some inclusive potential.

Background: Amarogentin is a major chemical constituent of bitter principle found in Swertia chirayita (Roxb.ex Fleming) Karsten; family Gentianaceae. Chirata is an endangered species because of it’s over exploitation for pharmaceutical industries. These species are mainly found in the Himalayas and used for gastritis, diabetes, jaundice, urinary disorders, liver disorders, etc. The bitter principle as a main indicator of the medical herb, Nowadays, other species of Swertia are substituted and traded by the name of Chirata. Therefore, the present study was undertaken to estimate Amarogentin and to standardize Chirata samples collected from different markets of Nepal in 2013 A.D. Method and Materials: Different market samples of the species were analyzed for foreign matter, moisture content, extractive values; and bitter principles i.e. Amarogentin by using UFLC at Pacific Analytical Laboratory and Training Center, Lalitpur, Nepal. Result: The findings revealed that foreign matter, moisture content, extractive values; and bitter principles i.e. Amarogentin content varied with different market samples. Methonolic extraction yielded higher percentage of extracts than that of chloroform extraction. Samples including more root and stem, in general, contained higher Amarogentin than samples containing more leaves. The samples containing higher moisture content were lesser in Amarogentin content. The finding of Amarogentin of sample collected from Charikot, Dolkha was 3mg/100gm.Conclusion: In this study, the findings suggest that sample collected from local market of Charikot, Dolkha district was Swertia chirayita and was the best quality.

Dividend policy is a critical and imperative decision because it involves the shareholders interest’s and has a significant impact to company's sustainability. Sartono (2010) states that dividend policy is a decision whether the profits obtained by the company will be distributed to shareholders as dividend or will be held in the form of retained earnings for future investment.Brigham and Gapenski (2006) state that investor’s main purpose when investing their fund is to gain income or return either as dividend yield or as capital gain. On the other side, the company who will share the dividend will be faced with various consideration: the urge to retain some profit for a more promising re-investment, the company funding, company liquidity, shareholder’s characteristic, specific target related to dividend payment ratio, and other factors related to dividend policy.Based on the definition mentioned above, it can be concluded that dividend policy is influenced by two conflicting interests; the shareholders interest with their dividend and the company interest to do re-investment by retaining the profit. Therefore, dividends paid will depend on each company’s considerations. In general, the shareholders wish to have a relatively stable dividend share to minimize the uncertainty of expected investment result and to increase the shareholder’s trust toward the company so that the stock value will rise. The company dividend policy can be reflected by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), which is the profit percentage shared in the form of cash dividend. It means that the size of the DPR, either big or small, will affect the shareholder’s decision and to the contrary it will also affect the company financial condition. Improper decisions will potentially envisage company facing funding difficulties in the future.According to Brigham and Gapenski (2006), the optimum dividend policy is the dividend policy which creating balance between the current dividend and its growth in the future so the company stock price can be maximized.Lintner (1956) argue that the company ability to gain profit is the main indicator of the company ability to pay dividend. So, the profitability is the most determining factor toward dividend. But some other research mention that the companies tend to choose new investment instead of paying high dividend if their condition are great, well-developed and have high profitability. The rapid growth of Islamic Finance become the first-rate consideration of choosing Jakarta Islamic Index stocks as the object research in which this research aimed to improve investor’s understanding related to dividend policy of sharia stocks member of Jakarta Islamic Index.
