Relevance. Timely comprehensive diagnostics of psycho-social factors involved in the formation of cerebral palsy in children, their influence on the formation of child-parent relationships is relevant and practically significant. Inharmonious upbringing, emotional disorders and personal characteristics of the parent can affect the child’s mental development, contribute to violations of psycho-social adaptation. Objective of the study: to reveal the psychological characteristics of children with cerebral palsy and those of their mothers, to determine the characteristics of upbringing and parent-child relationships, to conduct clinical and psychological support of children with this disabling disease and their parents with elements of cognitive-behavioral correction of the identified disorders. Methods of research. Clinical conversation and experimental psychological method including: “Assembling Figures” method according to the 4th Wechsler subtest; method of drawing associations by S. Rosenzweig (children’s version) modified by N.V. Tarabrina(1978); René Gilles method, 1950; test “SMOL” ( V.P. Zaitsev, 1981); “PARI” method by E.S. Schaefer and R.K. Bell, adapted by T. V. Neshcheret (1984). Methods of statistical analysis were used as well. The sample consisted of: Group1 (n1) — 37 pre-school children with cerebral palsy aged 5–6 years (17 girls and 20 boys) and their mothers in the MCU of Samara RC “Zhuravushka”; Group 2 (n2) — 37 conditionally healthy children of the same age and gender in the SBU SAMARA city children’s polyclinic No. 9. Research results. It was found that in children with cerebral palsy, emotional response in a situation of frustration is accompanied by high self-accusatory reactions, low socio-psychological adaptation and low self-esteem. Child-parent relationships are in the suboptimal emotional range. An effective program of clinical and psychological cognitive-behavioral psychological correction of emotional and behavioral cerebral palsy disorders in the parent-child group was carried out. Conclusions. Psychosocial factors affecting the adaptation processes of preschool children with cerebral palsy were identified. Families with children with chronic disabling diseases such as cerebral palsy, need to organize training and education, including psycho-corrective and correction-developmental classes.

Introduction. At the present stage, the expansion of the range of interests of preschool children is a social order of society for the preschool education system. One of the important tasks of modern education is the development of various forms of personal activity of children, including the development of emotional intelligence. Modern pedagogy faces many problems of a psychological nature. One of the most relevant is the low level of emotional intelligence development. In pedagogical practice, certain difficulties of interaction with preschoolers through the emotional-volitional sphere are noted: features of internal experiences and their influence on the behavioral sphere; a vivid expression of the emotional response; emotional disorders in the form of increased anxiety and fatigue; lack of formation of empathy and empathy; unjustified feelings of fear, etc. Materials and methods. To collect the results, we used theoretical and empirical methods: pedagogical diagnostics, observation, questionnaires, and statistical processing of the research results (Pearson's chi-squared test). The study involved teachers, masters, bachelors of the Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University (Russian Federation), as well as children (N = 139), parents, teachers and heads of educational organizations. The results of the study. The program was created and tested for the development of emotional intelligence using works of art, including game-fairy tales, exercises, sketches on fairy-tale plots, and advisory material; in creating and conducting generalizing diagnostics for the development of emotional intelligence, identifying new forms of educational activities and components of the educational process. The study conducted using the chi-square test showed statistical differences (p < 0,05) in the results of the diagnostic data of the ascertaining and control stages, which confirms the effectiveness of the development of emotional intelligence of preschoolers by means of artistic works and methods of fairy-tale therapy. In conclusion, the ways to optimize and solve the problems are outlined.

Исследования в области психологической литературы показывают, что большинство детей имеют различные проблемы и трудности, среди которых поведенческие расстройства занимают ведущее место. Эти трудности далее проявляются эмоциональными расстройствами поведения, которые обусловлены семейными отношениями, стилями воспитания, социокультурными особенностями. Таким образом, можно сделать вывод, что в основе наблюдаемых у дошкольников поведенческих расстройств лежат сильное проявление негативизма и агрессии, а также особенности стилей воспитания, в результате чего ребенок неосознанно пытается противостоять прямому влиянию взрослых и сверстников. В статье представлена важность психологической работы, ведь наличие высокого уровня негативизма и агрессии, а также реализация определенных стилей воспитания, в частности авторитарного и попустительского, наносят большой вред развитию и формированию личности ребенка. / Research in the psychological literature shows that most children have various problems and difficulties, among which behavioural disorders take the leading place. These difficulties are further manifested by emotional disorders of behaviour, which are caused by family relation-ships, parenting styles, sociocultural characteristics.

Healthcare professionals require a thorough understanding of stuttering since they frequently play an important role in the identification and differential diagnosis of stuttering for preschool children. This paper introduces The Preschool Stuttering Screen for Healthcare Professionals (PSSHP) which highlights risk factors identified in the literature as being associated with persistent stuttering. By integrating the results of the checklist with a child’s developmental profile, healthcare professionals can make better-informed, evidence-based decisions for their patients.
