Рассматривается задача управления процессом участия строительной организацией в тендерах на выполнение строительно-монтажных работ. Задача формулируется в соответствии с положениями теории управления организационными системами. Показаны три ключевых проблемы, которые на сегодняшний день делают невозможным адекватное решение сформулированной задачи и возможные пути их решений. This article discusses the problems of organizational behavior control of the process of participation of the construction organization in the tenders of construction and installation works. The task is formulated in accordance with the provisions of the organizational behavior control theory. Three key problems are shown that currently make it impossible to adequately solve the formulated task and possible ways of its solutions are discussed.
