Tunnel engineering information construction has been widely used, and the back analysis is its core. As the common useful method, displacement back analysis is of special advantages. This paper introduces the calculative method based on the application in a railway tunnel. The result shows that strain softening model can be used to simulate the large deformation mechanism of surrounding rock.

Engineering rock mass is a highly complex grey system, it is impossible to get all the parameters of rock mass by theoretical methods or field measurement approach. Underground engineering feedback analysis method is a reliable way to improve the design, optimization and construction. Based on the field data of underground cavern of a large-scale hydro-power station, the three-dimensional finite element model is established, and orthogonal experimental design and multi-objective optimization method are used for the rapid back analysis. This method could be used for obtaining the rock parameters by inversion calculating in the underground cavern construction of a large-scale hydro-power station. Meanwhile, the inversion parameters could also be applied in the excavation simulation for the next phase and the rock deformation and stability is predicted afterwards. The design and construction sectors are supposed to get its feedback in time, which effectively guarantees the stability of the surrounding rocks.

In the numerical calculation of geotechnical project, it’s difficult to confirm the parameters because of the complexity and the uncertainty of them as the time is changing. However, the back-analysis provides us an effective way. Based on the result of the triaxial test on rock-fill of Shui Bu Ya CFRD, the thesis adopts the direct back-analysis method which combines the BP Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm to calculate the Tsinghua non-linear K-G model parameters of the rock-fill. The back-analysis parameters are used to simulate the filling process of Shui Bu Ya CFRD and predict the displacement of the dam. The thesis provides a technical reference for displacement back-analysis of soil parameters for CFRD.

In this paper differential evolution algorithm (DE) which is a new global optimization algorithm is introduced into the displacement back analysis, and the self-developed back analysis program based on DE is used in metro station engineering. The results show that the superiority of DE and the practicability of intelligent displacement back analysis program, more importantly, it is being applied to engineering practice to provide reference and advanced prediction for the construction process.

Nowadays, the safety effection study of the surface explosion operations on underground cavern safety become more and more important along with engineering construction's development. In this paper, effection of open stope surface explosive operations on underlying gap cavern as an example on studying the effection of blasting shock on underground cavern stability with the method of field monitoring and numerical simulation. When the explosion source and seismic gap are almost in the same level, the longitudinal wave leads the role of damage effect. The most dangerous part of the mined-out area is the spandrel. The collapse models of mined-out area manifest are as follows, cracks appear on 45. Inclined top of surface in mined-out area, the spandrels appear broken, surface cracks expand further, broken parts of spandrel are aggravated, arch waist are in jog and the side collapse inward in the end.
