A comparative study for the validation and advancement of two analytical approaches applied for the simultaneous determination of Mometasone Furoate (MF), Miconazole Nitrate (MIC) and Gentamicin (GM) formulated in Momenta® cream. The first approach was TLC-spectrodensitometric method, which was advanced by separating the three components on TLC aluminum plates coated with silica gel 60 F254 using chloroform: methanol: formic acid (4:0.3:0.15, v/v/v) as a mobile phase, then scanned at 254nm using Camage TLC scanner 3 operated in reflectance-absorbance mode. The second approach was the chemometric method using two models: Partial Least Squares (PLS) and Principle Component Regression Model (PCR). The proposed approaches were validated according to ICH guidelines and were applied for the determination of the ternary mixtures in their analytical mixtures and pharmaceutical preparation.

Abstract: All the heavenly books (the Qur’an, the Torah, and the Bible) agreed that Allah commanded all messengers and prophets to unite Allah and not shirk it in any way, and also ordered them to adhere to the covenant that he made with his prophets in not taking another Allah or idol except him, and if they did not implement this first commandment, then Allah will rob them of the king and make them vulnerable in the land, so every prophet or messenger before he dies commands his sons that they only Allah worships and that the religion of their father Abraham. The Islamic and the Messenger Muhammad (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) in the Quranic Surahs (Al-Baqara: 100), (Al-Anaam: 20), (Yes: 7 and 10), mention the few of Jews believe in mohmmad religion, and since the level of faith is higher than the Islam, we say to the people of Jews and Christians to worship Allah alone, and do not share anything with Him in order to save yourselves from Hell as Allah Almighty said in (Surat Al-Israa: 7) (If you do good, do good to yourselves and if you are sick of it) and in (Surat Al-Israa: 2) (do you not take from me without an agent), as monotheism was mentioned in the Bible in several books of them (Daniel 2: 20-21) (20) He answered Daniel said: “May Allah's name be blessed from eternity to eternity, for He has wisdom and might.” (21) He isolates kings and installs kings. Gives wisdom to the wise, and those who know they know. ) As mentioned in the unification of Allah (John 5: 44) (How can you believe and you receive honor from one another, and the glory of the one Allah, who do not seek?) The present research aimed at comparing divine oneness with deism oneness in the heavenly books (the Qur’an, the Torah, and the Bible). The comparative and analytical approaches were adopted in arriving at the results, including that all apostles and prophets were monotheists and they never called Allahhead to themselves but after their death people took them as lords without Allah. In the light of the results of the current research, some recommendations have been put in place for the interpreters of the Bible to review the texts of the Holy Qur’an and its interpretations because the Holy Qur’an has been preserved from misrepresentation, and this is the correct basis for extracting added or deleted texts from the Bible.

No one in the world does not know what Corona is as a global pandemic, which the Secretary-General of the WHO has declared as ‘the enemy of humanity’. Yes, it is the enemy of humanity; the whole humans rose up to prevent it through several aspects. We are – as lawmen – responsible for the legal sides. All of us have become so miserable that many sciences are terrified of rumors and false news. The real news leaves pain in the souls, so what about that are false, whether it was broadcast or transmitted with intent or unintentionally The main objective of this article is to examine the Jordanian legislator attitude in regard of social media rumors during Corona pandemic (COVID19), in comparative to the Chinese legislator. The study shows that the opportunity to punish rumors at the time of the pandemic may be unavailable or weak and not coherent in Jordanian laws in comparison with other legislations, especially in Chinese laws. The study will also show if rumors were included in relative International treaties. The In respect to the methodology of this article, the author followed the descriptive and analytical approaches of the related Jordanian Penal laws in comparative with the Chinese Regulations in cybercrimes, by explaining the extent to which rumor crimes is punished in Jordan according to legal methods of analysis in comparative to the Chinese legal attitude.

AbstractGenome architecture is a complex, multidimensional property of an organism defined by the content and spatial organization of the genome’s component parts. Comparative study of entire genome architecture in model organisms is shedding light on mechanisms underlying genome regulation, evolution, and diversification; but such studies require costly analytical approaches which make extensive comparative study impractical for most groups. However, lower-cost methods that measure a single architectural component (e.g., distribution of one class of repeats) have potential as a new data source for evolutionary studies insofar as that measure correlates with more complex biological phenomena, and for which it could serve as part of an explanatory framework. We investigated copy number variation (CNV) profiles in ribosomal DNA (rDNA) as a simple measure reflecting the distribution of rDNA subcomponents across the genome. We find that signatures present in rDNA CNV profiles strongly correlate with species boundaries in the breve species group of Bembidion, and vary across broader taxonomic sampling in Bembidion subgenus Plataphus. Profiles of several species show evidence of re-patterning of rDNA-like sequences throughout the genome, revealing evidence of rapid genome evolution (including among sister pairs) not evident from analysis of traditional data sources such as multi-gene data sets. Major re-patterning of rDNA-like sequences has occurred frequently within the evolutionary history of Plataphus. We confirm that CNV profiles represent an aspect of genomic architecture (i.e., the linear distribution of rDNA components across the genome) via fluorescence in-situ hybridization. In at least one species, novel rDNA-like elements are spread throughout all chromosomes. We discuss the potential of copy number profiles of rDNA, or other repeats, as a low-cost tool for incorporating signal of genomic architecture variation in studies of species delimitation and genome evolution.

This study tackles the representation of nature in poetry, mainly in Wordsworth’s and Al-Bohtory’s poems. This study is based on the theoretical and analytical approaches of Russian Formalism that focuses on studying the linguistic aspects of the literary texts. Russian Formalism studies texts through “structures, imagery, syntax, rhyme scheme, paradox, personification and other literary devices” (Bressler, 2011, p. 49). The significance of the study lies in its purpose to introduce a comparison between two different poets whose cultural backgrounds, languages, traditions and societies are different. Wordsworth sees nature as the perfect place for tranquility and pleasure. He emphasizes that man and nature as basically adapted to each other, and the mind of man as the machine of depicting nature. Wordsworth states that this pleasure comes from the human’s interaction with nature in its fascinating images of Spring, flowers, clouds, horses, rivers, castles, seas, gardens, and animals generally. Al-Bohtory also presents nature as a place of pleasure and peace; he accentuates the profound relationship between nature and man, and how nature is admired by humans in its beautiful views. He explains that the beautiful images of nature affect the human’s mind and soul. Al-Bohtory portrays most of his poems in marvelous images of nature, such as Spring, horses, clouds, rivers, animals, castles, seas, and flowers. These two poets seek to glorify nature and its magnificent impact on humans’ life and pleasure.
