New silicon-containing aromatic polyhydrazides were synthesized by low-temperature solution polycondensation reaction of bis(p-chlorocarbonylphenyl)diphenylsilane with various aromatic dihydrazides, or of bis(p-carbohydrazidophenyl)diphenylsilane with diacid chlorides. The corresponding poly(arylene-1,3,4-oxadiazole)s wvere prepared by thermal cyclodehydration in the solid state. The cyclization process takes place at temperatures in the range of 250-300 IC. The resulting silicon-containing poly(arylene-1,3,4-oxadiazole)s are soluble in common organic solvents and have good film-forming abilities. They are stable up to 420-480 'C and their glass transition temperature is in the range of 262-278C.

We have prepared a series of fluorinated aromatic poly(ether imide benzoxazole)s (PEIBs) and fluorinated aromatic poly(imide benzoxazole)s (PIBs). New PEIBs were prepared by polycondensation of aromatic diamines containing both benzoxazole and hexafluoroisopropylidene groups. New PIBs were prepared by polycondensation of bis( o-aminophenol)s, such as 3,3′-dihydroxybenzidine or 2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane, with diacid chlorides containing both imide and hexafluoroisopropylidene groups. We have characterized the solubility, film forming ability, thermal stability and dielectric constant of these fluorinated poly(imide benzoxazole)s.

With K2ZrF6as the main film-forming material, Ni2SO4• 6 H2O as colorants, K2TiF6for coloring promoters, chrome-free conversion and treatment for Al6063 at room temperature has been developed, fluid can be of steady function without adding oxidants additionally, fast film forming within 6 minutes. By adding Ni element to make the conversion coating changed from gray to pale green, K2TiF6can promote color and uniform color. Analyzed sample through SEM observation, XPS and XRD analysis, the passivation was composed of Al, Ni, NiZr, Ti and NiZr3; By electrochemical tests, the corrosion current decreased to 0.067μA of passivation membrane, corrosion resistance increased nearly one hundred times, membrane layer structure circuit is C1 / R1 / (L2 + R2)/(L3 + R3)/(L4 + R4).
