Devices with ITO/ZnO/ZnS/CFTS/Au, ITO/ZnO/ZnS/CCTS/Au and ITO/ZnO/ZnS/CNTS/Au architectures exhibited PCE values of 2.73, 3.23 and 2.71% and displayed good electrocatalytic behaviors.
