The optoelectronic properties are very important to the design and fabrication of carbon nonoutbe based devices. This paper build the electromagnetic model for the carbon nanotube photosensitive device excited by the light source and making an analysis of optoelectronic properties of the photosensitive device by numerical simulation technology. Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, some constructive advices for the design of such kind of photosensitive device are given.
