We report the development of a highly stable PEDOT:PSS/graphene (PP/GnP) composite-based counter electrode (CE) for high-performance dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) in conjunction with Y123 sensitizer and Co(bpy)32+/3+ (bpy = 2,2'-bypyridine) redox couple.
