We face a revision of the role of symmetries of a physical system aiming at characterizing the corresponding Solution Manifold (SM) by means of Noether invariants as a preliminary step towards a proper, non-canonical, quantization. To this end, "point symmetries" of the Lagrangian are generally not enough, and we must resort to the more general concept of contact symmetries. They are defined in terms of the Poincaré–Cartan form, which allows us, in turn, to find the symplectic structure on the SM, through some sort of Hamilton–Jacobi (HJ) transformation. These basic symmetries are realized as Hamiltonian vector fields, associated with (coordinate) functions on the SM, lifted back to the Evolution Manifold through the inverse of this HJ mapping, that constitutes an inverse of the Noether Theorem. The specific examples of a particle moving on S3, at the mechanical level, and nonlinear SU(2)-sigma model in field theory are sketched.

The article, based on the play «At the Beginning and At the End of Times» by the contemporary Ukrainian playwright Pavlo Arie and the performance of Lviv Lesia Ukrainka Academic Drama Theatку, directed by Oleksiy Kravchuk, ascertains the expedience to use an intermedial approach to find out the features of architectonics, genre originality, the role of the title, dedication, remarks, chronotope in the literary and stage modelling of the heroes, reflection of the general concept of works, visualization of the ideological and thematic direction. It studied the significance of remarks, details, scenery, music and video for disclosing the conflict of work, reflecting the character and the mental state of heroes. Vertical-horizontal coordinates of the material and spiritual life of the characters are described and analysed. The semantic content of the work, the author’s and director’s accents are oriented not only to the person, but also to the culture that is perished. The play heroes are in difficult situations of choice, searching for themselves, rethinking values. Working on the images and problems, P. Arie, O. Kravchuk skilfully conveyed the volatility of mood, a complex body of hero experiences, appealing to the audience’s feelings. With the help of music, details, colours, sounds, emotions, facial expressions, movements the director, artist and actors emphasize the characters at all levels of stage realization.

The study deals with the general concept of paternity. It analyses the functioning of men as primary parents from the legal, philosophical, psychological, and social perspective. The paper presents the personal and educational competences of fathers who have been authorised by court decisions to act as the primary parent. Given the diversity of legal, psychological and social circumstances of fathers who seek to act as direct carers for their children, the competences to play the role of a primary parent are analysed based on a case study. Based on an analysis of case studies, it has been demonstrated that not every case of direct care results in alienation of the other parent and, consequently, disruption of the bond with the child. The study emphasizes that parental alienation does not stem from faulty decision-making or enforcement of the guardianship law, but rather from incorrect parental attitudes, lack of good will, emotional and social immaturity, and insufficient parenting competences.

The definition of a particular agricultural ecosystem is inherently difficult, partly because of the complexity of even the simplest system and partly because of the diffuse character of its periphery. Nevertheless, the general concept of agricultural ecosystems has gained widespread acceptance in scientific circles. This is fortunate, as an understanding of the concept is indispensable in any consideration of the role of agriculture in the economy of this fragile world of ours.
