Knowledge Discovery in Knowledge Base (KDK) opens new horizons for research. KDK and KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Database) are the different cognitive field and discovery process. In most people's view, they are independent each other. In this paper we can summarize the following tasks: Firstly, we discussed that two kinds of the process model and mining algorithm of KDK based on facts and rules in knowledge base. Secondly, we proves that the inherent relation between KDD and KDK (i.e. double-basis fusion mechanism). Thirdly, we gained the new process model and implementation technology of KDK*. Finally, the imitation experimentation proved that the validity of above mechanism and process model.

Abstract. Coaching research has to keep pace with the rapidly developing coaching practice. In order to strengthen theoretical and empirical knowledge, it is necessary to examine the efficacy of coaching, but even more important to develop a model of the underlying processes. By gaining a deeper insight into the coaching process and its causal mechanisms, knowledge can be generated that will enhance the efficiency of coaching in the future. In this paper, a new process model is developed, which draws on insights and methodological tools from psychotherapy research that are then applied to the coaching process. This model expands on existing process models by making new assumptions about concrete independent and intervening variables that influence coaching outcomes, and about the specific causal paths linking these variables. Special emphasis is placed on crucial variables that can play an important role in the improvement of coaching processes and in the prevention of negative coaching effects. In the second part of the paper, research on coaching is related to and integrated into the model. Finally, possible limitations of the model and present recommendations for future research are discussed.

Central Sterilization Units (MSU) in our country are insufficient in terms of planning, operation, management, infrastructure design and technological aspects. This negatively affects the work of health institutions and causes the spread of hospital infections threatening public health. A business plan to be adopted throughout the country is standardized by supporting the operation processes of MSUs which have an important place in terms of the health of the health institutions in our work in terms of community health, with the technological infrastructure. In this report, a smart system model is presented in order to improve the productivity of the business processes belonging to the Central Sterilization Unit of health institutions and to improve their performance. With the new process model unveiled, standardization is realized in the processes applied in the MSUs. In this direction, firstly the functioning of the MSU of a medium-sized health institution was examined, the causes of the inefficiency in the current operation were determined, and a new process modelling was carried out to improve the system. In the second stage of the project, the center's productivity and performance changes were measured if an information system was included in the operation of the MS. Business processes and writing processes are reconfigured in line with the outputs obtained and made suitable for the health institution. In addition, with the barcode-optical reader system added to the information system, the error-free and efficient operation of the system has been ensured by minimizing the user interaction in line with the internet principles of the objects.

This study examines the decision making process practised by Malaysian housing developers at the planning phase for housing development. The theoretical process model is developed by integrating the process that has been established by numerous authors and researchers on the subject of decision making. Sets of the questionnaire are distributed to private housing developers and analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Hence, this study provides a new process model for decision making at the planning phase of housing development in Malaysia and helps developers and governments to make better predictions before proceeding to the construction phase.

An association between the components structure is studied in the product design in this paper, and some ideas of improving the development of new product and the decision-making efficiency of its selection scheme has been proposed according to the ideas of the process modeling and global design. Then, the hierarchical principle of feedback mechanisms is introduced to construct a new process modeling method, and the descriptive power of object-oriented process model and the design flexibility of new product are improved. The method has been applied to construct rapidly the automobile coating production line successfully.
