The purposes of this study are analyzing the production performance, identifying internal and external environment, and determining the priority of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry marketing strategy.  The location of the study is determined deliberately as the consideration the area is the production center of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry in Bandar Lampung.  The number of respondents are 14 kerupuk kemplang agroindustry owners that are randomly selected disproportionately.  Data were collected in January – February 2020.  The analytical methods used are the analysis of production performance, SWOT (Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis.  The results of the study indicated that kerupuk kemplang agroindustrial performance based on productivity aspect, capacity, quality, and speed of delivery are in good category, while based on the flexible aspects are not in good category.  The main strength of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry is the location of strategic business and close to suppliers.  Main drawback is the location of the business away from some consumers. The main opportunities are the need and high consumer interest on the product.  The main threat is the supply of reduced raw material when approaching holiday seasons.  The strategy of priority is improving the quality of products, following the bazaar organized by the government, utilizing technologies such as e-commerce and social media, collaborating with a kerupuk kemplang agent, and optimizing the utilization of strategic business locations to increase production volumes by improving cooperation with suppliers. Key words: kerupuk kemplang agroindustry, marketing strategies, production performance

The purpose of the work is to modify traditional lime-sand products with the addition of basalt dust. It is to improve the physical and mechanical parameters of the material. Thanks to this, bricks will have a better price / quality ratio and will be a more interesting solution for potential customers. To the silicate mass of raw material, after the process of extinguishing the lime in the mass, a modifier in the form of basalt dust was added, and then bricks were formed and autoclaved. The effect of the applied additive on the quality of products, made of the prepared mass, was evaluated on the basis of a comparative analysis of traditional lime-sand products and products modified with the addition of basalt dust. The tests were carried out in accordance with the methodology included in the standards. Replacing the part of traditional silicate mass with basalt dust at the production stage had a positive effect on the processes occurring during the autoclaving of the discussed products. The additive under hydrothermal conditions reacted with lime and silica to form additional amounts of the C-S-H phase. The use of basalt dust, in the amount of 5-20% in relation to the mass of raw materials, gave an improvement in compressive strength by up to 100% compared to samples without a modifier. Keywords: silicates, ecology, basalt powder, environment, sand-lime products, microstructure

Based on the detailed analysis on the properties of each component in the system of dichlorophenol mixture in this paper, a new technique was proposed, which is used to extract 2,4- dichlorophenol through the method of cross-current dissociation extraction. The experimental results show that the quality content of 2,4- dichlorophenol can be refined to more than 98% with the yield reaching to 95% at a blow from raw material mixture after three grades of dissociation extraction. Compared with the traditional technique, the new method can bring about a comparatively simple processing step, meanwhile, the quality of products can be stable and the energy consumption can also be reduced.

Have done analyzing the proposed improvement of product quality by method Seven Tools. From the calculation and analysis tools with seven methods that have been done there are three defects that occur on the production floor with the number of product defects due to a loose assembly of 196 pieces with a percentage of 59.57%, and disability as a result of gluing the loose many as 82 pieces of disability (24, 92%), the smallest of disability by 51 disability (15.50%) which is due to lack of good raw material. The cause product defects occur due to human factors, machine, material, method, and the work environment, so that it can be said that the process is out of control. By using Seven tools in controlling the quality of products, can know and minimize the occurrence of product defects so that the quality and product quality under control. Keywords : Seven tools, product quality, disability.

The objectives of this research are to identify the factors that exist in the internal and external environment that become the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities for CV Pure Cianjur, formulate alternative strategies and determine the priority strategies that can be run CV Pure Cianjur in developing business, mapping program recommendations from alternative strategies in the development of healthy rice business on CV Pure Cianjur. The method research use internal and eksternal environment analysis, formulation strategy using SWOT analysis, weighting strategy priorities through preparation of hierarchy based on the SWOT framework (A’WOT) and the program recommendation made by the strategic architecture model. Internal factors of company : strength (S) is the quality of products (0,377) and weaknesses factor (W) is discontinuity of raw material supply (0,402). External factors of company opportunities (O) is the natural resources of Cianjur Regency (0,181) and threats (T) factors is the substitution products (anorganic rice) (0,349). Priority of strategic alternatives is conduct preparation and registration for organic certification (0,299). Implication of alternative strategies is devided into two groups, where is 11 programs recommendation that run gradually and 7 programs recommendation that run regularly.

The actual tasks facing the meat industry are the rational use of meat raw materials with different technological characteristics and improving the quality of products that are produced. Today, in the world market of meat raw materials widely distributed meat with impaired progress autolysis. The results of monitoring the quality indicators of pork, which are processed at LLC "Ternopil meat processing plant", and the study of the impact of pre-slaughter and technological factors on the quality of meat raw material obtained from slaughtering pigs from different farms, are presented in the article.

The article is devoted to the study of the chemical composition, physical and thermal-pfysical characteristics of damp apple pomaces and the identifying patterns of influence of drying temperature the functional composition and gel-forming ability of pectin. The research is aimed at obtaining initial data for the subsequent calculation of the main technological, hydro-mechanical, thermal, structural and economic characteristics of devices for drying the plant raw materials, ensuring the environmental safety and high quality of pectin-containing raw materials, the reducing heat and energy costs. As a result of the study of the thermal characteristics of apple pomaces, the critical points (temperature conductivity – 16.5 x 10-8 m2/s, thermal conductivity – 0.28 W/m K, heat capacity – 1627 j/(kg K)) at a humidity of 56 % are determined, which characterizing the transition from the extraction of weakly bound moisture to the extraction of moisture with strong bonds (colloidal, adsorption). It was found that the pomaces obtained from apples of late ripening have a higher content of solids (21-23 %), soluble pectin and protopectin (2.5-4.5 %). Dried pomaces obtained from apple varieties of late ripening contain up to 25 % pectin, which allow us to recommend them as a source of raw materials for the production of pectin. The optimum modes of preliminary washing of raw materials are offered, allowing to the remove the ballast substances as much as possible. It is established that when the drying temperature increases, the destructive processes are catalyzed: the strength of the pectin jelly and the uronide component and the degree of pectin esterification are reduced. The optimum drying temperature of damp apple pomaces is 80 0C, at which the quality of pectin extracted from the dried raw materials is maintained as much as possible. It is shown that the most effective for the pectin production is a fraction with a particle size of 3-5 mm, which allow us to extract up to 71 % of pectin from raw materials.
