The new heterocyclic compound 4-methyl-3-((4-(pyridin-3-yl) pyrimidin-2-yl) amino) benzoic acid (1) designed utilizing methyl 3-amino-4-methylbenzoate (2) as a starting material was successfully fabricated and eventually characterized utilizing single crystal X-ray crystallography, 1H NMR and IR. In biological study, to evaluate the protective effect of compound on acute tracheobronchitis ICR mice model, the ELISA assay was performed to determine the level of inflammatory mediators IL-6 and TNF-α in serum. Then, the western blot was performed to determine the activation of PKA-NF-κB pathway in tissues.

An investigation of base promoted reaction of phenylanthranilate and isocyanate has been carried out. The reaction between phenylanthranilate (11) and phenylisocyanate and n-butylisocyanate gave remarkable yields of corresponding 1,3-Benzo-diazine-2,4-diones (12a) and (12b).   Keyword: one-pot synthesis, heterocyclic compound

Abstract: The extremely drug resistant may be a worldwide public ill health in recent years. Molecules with newer targets and an alternate mechanism of action is an urgent requirement of improvement of latest drugs. The utilization of heterocyclic compounds has been increased dramatically over the last 70 years due to their wide selection of technical applications and their favorable environmental and toxicological properties The 1,8-naphthyridine and quinoline 3-carboxylic acid derivatives that we'll manufacture during this method will change the potency and specificity of fluoroquinolones. Taking under consideration the findings, the goal is to style and manufacture 1, 8-naphthyridine and quinoline 3-carboxylic acid derivatives. The synthesized compounds are going to be characterized using multiple analytical techniques, virtual screening, and in-silico ADME/T prediction. Abstract The pure rotational spectra of molecules in 21 vibrationally excited states of the heterocyclic compound furazan (C2H2N2O) have been detected and studied by DRM microwave spectroscopy. Rotational parameters are reported for the 12 fundamental levels below 1500 cm-1 , and the contri-butions from 10 vibrational modes to the effective rotational constants and to the inertia defect of furazan are calculated.
