Before noting traits shared by the Arnipik and Tyara assemblages, a few words of caution and explanation may prove useful. I hope they will remain alive in the reader's mind as he examines the three closely related conclusions presented in this chapter. The three conclusions are, in order, a preliminary conclusion of restricted application, an intermediate conclusion of wider import, and a final conclusion of general consequence to this study. These conclusions' ranges of consequence increase as the discussion expands to encompass broader reaches of evidence and thinking pertinent to the question of Dorset culture origins. First, I have assumed, for previously presented or self-evident reasons, that the Tyara and Arnapik assemblages are pure assemblages, that is, that neither contains artifacts made by peoples of other cultures. Second, since the Arnapik material comprises only stone artifacts, comparison between that site and the bone, antler, and ivory artifacts from Tyara is precluded.

Urban development, agricultural runoff and industrialization have contributed pollution loading on the environment.  In this study Hemavathi river water from a stretch from its origin point to its sangama was studied for pollution load by determining parameters of water quality like pH, Alkalinity,  Ca, Mg, Nitrate, TDS, BOD, COD , and the results were compared with WHO and BIS standards to draw final conclusion on the quality of water.

Abstract This paper illustrates a yield enhancement effort on a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) where random columns in the Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) were found to be failing. In this SRAM circuit, sense amps are designed with a two-stage separation and latch sequence. In the failing devices the bit line and bit_bar line were not separated far enough in voltage before latching got triggered. The design team determined that the sense amp was being turned on too quickly. The final conclusion was that a marginal sense amp design, combined with process deviations, would result in this type of failure. The possible process issues were narrowed to variations of via resistances on the bit and bit_bar lines. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) inspection of the the Focused Ion Beam (FIB) cross sections followed by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) showed the presence of contaminants at the bottom of the vias causing resistance variations.

Employer branding become an imperative part of an organization in these days. Every organization wants to attract, develop and retain talented people in their organization. Employer branding not only attract existing employees but also attract potential employees. It communicates internally to their employees and externally to potential employees through social media. Young generation uses social media rapidly, so it is the ample opportunity for an organization to attract, retain and motivate to their existing employees as well as prospective employees. Employer branding through social media also enhances the brand image of the organization, so it attracts to potential employees to be a part of that organization. The aim of this paper was to study awareness of employer branding through social media among Management students in Allahabad. Researcher interacted with 100 respondents but found 60 respondents who know about it. In this paper, Researcher focused on how students use social media to search a job and what they are looking in a job. The final conclusion of this paper is that Management students know about how to use social media in Employer branding but they need to know more about it.

This study investigated the knowledge, attitudes, consumption habits, and degree of acceptability of edible insects (EI) or derived products among Portuguese consumers. This work consisted of a questionnaire survey, undertaken on a sample of 213 participants. For the treatment of data, basic descriptive statistics were used, complemented with chi-square tests to assess some associations between categorical variables. Moreover, a tree classification analysis was carried out using a classification and regression tree (CRT) algorithm with cross-validation. The results indicated that people tend to have correct perceptions about the sustainability issues associated with the use of insects as alternative sources of protein; however, the level of knowledge and overall perception about their nutritive value is low. Regarding the consumption of EI, it was found that only a small part of the participants had already eaten them, doing it mostly abroad, by self-initiative, in a restaurant or at a party or event. Additionally, it was found that the reluctance to consume insects is higher if they are whole, but when they are transformed into ingredients used in food formulations, the level of acceptance increases. Furthermore, men have shown to have a better perception about EI, be more informed about sustainability, and have a higher level of acceptability when compared to women. As a final conclusion, it was observed that the Portuguese still show some resistance to adhere to the use of insects as replacements for meat products, but the market of insect based products can be a good alternative to overpass the neophobia associated with this type of food.

A process of land squandering began in Spain in the mid 1990s until the great crisis of 2008. The intensive production of urban land affected the Spanish medium-sized towns. They were characterized by their compact nature and then they underwent an intense diffuse urbanization. However, in some cases there had been previous examples of urban sprawl. In this article, we study one of them, the unique and historic city of Toledo, in the Centre of the Iberian Peninsula. We will show how the city has experienced the land squandering and has been extensively widespread throughout the hinterland, consisting of their peripheral municipalities. We will also check how Toledo has had a previous internal dispersion process in the last quarter of the 20th Century through the called Ensanche (widening). We will use the urban estate cadaster as a fundamental source for evolutionary and present analysis of the city and its hinterland. The field and bibliographic work complete the methodology. The final conclusion is that there have been remarkable urban increments in Spanish medium-sized cities such as Toledo, in external and peripheral districts, under the logic of speculation and profit, resulting in a disjointed space.

The purpose and method of this paper is to comparatively analyze several commonly-used cushion packaging materials, obtain their shock absorption characteristic curves, and by doing such, provide reference information for cushion packaging design and research. With the static test, dynamic compression test and vibration transfer test carried out, the cushion coefficient ~ static stress curve, maximal acceleration ~ static stress curve and vibration transfer rate ~ frequency curve are gained. A final conclusion is educed that in practical design routine, rational choice of cushion packaging materials, scientific design of packaging structure and validation of anti-vibration capability are relative to those three curves.
