The article discusses the selection of parameters for the algorithm for determining binary data arrays included in the control system, developed by the authors using independent substitution methods. Based on the analysis of the algorithms of non-cryptographic hash functions, the hash function based on the linear matching method was selected as the basis for independent substitution methods. Simplified schemes of algorithms developed for creating and comparing identifiers using a set of basic hash functions are given. An array of binary data was selected and based on the appropriate values for the size of the divisible blocks and the number of basic hashfunctions used for independent substitutions. The selection of binary data arrays in information systems integrated into the management system was done for the purpose of intellectual processing of incoming data. The properties of the array of data entering integrated systems are studied. The authors conducted experimental tests in the selected direction and presented the results of similarity assessment measurements for various parameters of the identification algorithm. In addition, the article conductedexperiments on the object of study using the selected mathematical model, based on the analytical conclusions. Initiator elements are studied and analyzed using a set of hash functions. An algorithm for comparison of selected identifiers has been developed. A generation algorithm has been developed to demonstrate and test the proposed solution. Algorithms based on analysis and experiments, and methods for selecting binary data arrays using the ash function have been experimentally tested. Based on the results, the indicators are shown. Based on the results obtained, the analytical conclusions and problem solutions of the research work were recognized

Background: Although the WHO strategy integrated management of childhood illness (IMCI) for primary care has been implemented in over 100 countries, there is less global experience with hospital-based IMCI training. Until recently, no training had been done in Indonesia, and globally there has been limited experience of the role of IMCI in rebuilding health systems after complex emergencies.Objective: We aimed to examine the effect of hospital-based IMCI training on pedicatric nurse competency and explore the perception of Indonesian doctors, nurse managers and paediatricians about IMCI training and its development in West Aceh, a region that was severely affected by the South-Asian tsunami in December 2004.Methods: This study used stepped wedge design. Training was conducted for 39 nurses staff, 13 midwifes, 6 Head nurses, 5 manager of nurses, 5 doctors, 1 paediatricians, and 3 support facilities  (nutritionist, pharmacist, laboratory) in Cut Nyak Dien (CND) Hospital in Meulaboh, West Aceh, Indonesia. The IMCI training was developed based on the WHO Pocketbook of Hospital Care for Children. A nurses competency questionnaire was used based on the guideline of assessment of the quality of child health services at the first level reference hospitals in districts / municipalities issued by the Ministry of Health in 2007. A linear mixed model was used for data analysis.Results: The hospital based IMCI training improved the competences of nurses paediatric in assessing emergency signs of the sick children, management of cough and difficulty breathing, diarrhoea, fever, nutritional problems, supportive care, monitoring, discharge planning and follow up.  The assessment highlighted several problems in adaptation process of material training, training process and implementation in an environment soon after a major disaster.Conclusion: Hospital based IMCI training can be implemented in a setting after major disasters or internal conflict as part of a rebuilding process.  The program requires strong management support and the emergency phase to be subsided.  Other pre-requisites include the existence of standard operating procedures, adequate physical facilities and support for staff morale and well-being.  Improving the quality of paediatric care requires more than just training and clinical guidelines; internal motivation and health worker support are essential.

This study aims to evaluate the level of technical efficiency of companies that perform the integrated management of basic sanitation in Brazilian municipalities. A Multiple Data Envelopment Analysis (M-DEA) model was applied to estimate the performance of water supply and sewage services in 1628 municipalities covering more than 56% of the Brazilian population, identifying the factors that most influence the efficiency of the sector in the years 2008 and 2016. The M-DEA methodology is an extension of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with multiple DEA executions considering all combinations of inputs and outputs to calculate efficiency scores. The methodology reduces possible biases in the selection of resources and products of the model, ability to support decision-making in favor of improvements in the sector′s efficiency based on national regulatory framework. The analyses show that the companies analyzed can increase their operating results and attendance coverage by more than 60%, given the current levels of infrastructure, human and financial resources in the sector. Based on the simulation of potential efficiency gains in Brazilian basic sanitation companies, the estimates show that the coverage of the population with access to sanitary sewage would go from the current 59.9% to 76.5%. The evidence found provides indications to subsidize sanitation management in the country at the micro-analytical level, enabling a better competitive position in the sector for the integrated management of basic sanitation and its universalization in Brazil.

This paper deals with basic knowledge and problems in area of Rapid Prototyping (RP) technology operation focused on used material testing and operation optimization from economical aspects of view. It belongs to progressive methods of model creation based on geometry obtained from CAD environment with application possibilities in different industrial spheres. Chapters are focused on optimization of Rapid Prototyping preparation and operation process. There also is algorithm that leads to selection of suitable RP operation settings. Utilization of algorithm is presented on case of part production with use of UPrint device and Catalyst software, system created for utilization of Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) technology.

In the conditions of the pandemic crisis, implementing an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with a sustainability component represents a crucial investment for a small and medium enterprise (SME) but critical for the organization, if it is not the matching solution. A comprehensive framework for selecting the S–ERP system was elaborated, including a set of relevant criteria for an SME to draw and assess the selection of an ERP system, considering that the factors extracted as well as the importance in the proposed model have been debated for years in the available literature. A methodology based on the brainstorming and questionnaire techniques was proposed in establishing the selection criteria, and the AHP decision analysis method was used for evaluating the weight of the criteria, all these in order to provide a model for ERP selection. This model was tested on a set of numerical, hypothetical, and applied data of the Romanian context. The use of the recommended model shows that it can be applied to improve decisions and decrease the time interval required for S–ERP selection. The results also show that AHP can fulfill the S–ERP selection objective for SMEs and the decisive factors that affect decision–making processes in a systematic way.
