This paper classified, extracted and characterized the causes of accidents based on accident statistics of chemical enterprises in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2019. The internal relationship between the accident result and various causes is analyzed from the aspects of human, machine, material, method, ring and pipe; and using the analytic hierarchy process to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system of the accident, which was applied to predict the accident probability of chemical enterprise. The probability of production safety accident in a chemical enterprise is predicted by using this method, and the probability of the accident is at level of "more likely to happen". The example showed that the analytic hierarchy process has strong operability and good effect, and can be used to predict the accident risk of chemical enterprises. causes and can realize the accident probability prediction of chemical enterprises.

Falls occur frequently among older people and represent the most common cause of injury-related morbidity and mortality in later life. Preventing falls is an important way to reduce injuries, hospitalizations, and injury-related morbidity and mortality among older people. The research literature has identified hundreds of risk factors for falls among elderly people. Prioritizing risk factors for falls is useful for designing effective and efficacious prevention programs. The aim of this study was to use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to develop a hierarchy of risk factors for falls based on the knowledge and experience of experts working in this field. We designed and developed a web portal for participants to submit responses to electronic questionnaires in order to reach the highest number of respondents quickly and to reduce errors in responding. We contacted the person responsible for the Falls sections of four scientific societies. Finally, we propose a correction method to modify respondents’ relative importance on based on the coherence of their responses, in order not to exclude experts who had submitted the questionnaire twice.

http://dx.doi.org/10.13033/ijahp.v2i2.61

On the basis of literature survey, this paper combines qualitative research with quantitative research to evaluate the influencing factors of expressway project risk under PPP mode. This paper starts from three parts:Firstly, starting from the current situation of expressway construction projects at home and abroad through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of PPP mode and three characteristics, the necessity and importance of project risk management under PPP mode are obtained. Secondly, the paper elaborates the risk of PPP project of expressway identifies the corresponding risk, and initially determines the three major factors affecting the risk of expressway project under PPP mode. Finally, according to expert judgment, the most critical factor is determined and a scientific, reasonable and effective risk factor evaluation index system is established. The index system includes three first-level indicators and six second-level indicators. On this basis, the judgment matrix is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process, so as to form the influencing factor model. Finally, taking Fuling-Fengdu Expressway in Chongqing as an example, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to carry out an empirical study on the model, in order to determine the importance of different risk factors.

The marine Internet technology has been proposed to exploit abundant communication and network resources available in the ocean in order to provide more cost-effective and handy network services therein. Basically, the marine Internet architecture is based on heterogeneous large-scale dynamic wireless, which consists of different types of networks such as satellite networks, coastline networks, and ship ad-hoc networks etc. These networks are different in terms of networking cost, capacity, and performance as well as availability and reliability. This imposes challenges for network selection, especially when there is no guarantee on the availability and reliability of network resources in oceans, which is different from network selection in terrestrial environments. Thus, this paper studies a network selection scheme by jointly considering the above uncertainty of network resources based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for marine Internet. The proposed scheme is evaluated through a simulation study on the EXata platform, in comparison with the Simple Additive Weighting and the Multiplicative Exponent Weighting schemes. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme yield better performance.
