CSEF (creep strength enhanced ferritic) steels and austenitic steels are widely used for USC boiler tubes. It is important to evaluate creep life of these parts because metal temperature is indeterminable in superheater and reheater tubes. Almost investigations were conducted under higher stress, short time creep tests, but the pressure for the boiler pipe and tube at actual plant were very low. It is therefore necessary to establish creep life method under long time region time test at various stresses. The purpose of this work is to establish creep life evaluation in high Cr ferritic steels and austenitic steels with long time creep ruptured data. The creep life evaluation methods are based on hardness and microstructure changes.

Along with the continuous development of Chinese economy, the power consumption continues to rise in China, and many high-voltage electric transmission lines are constantly put in construction. Among them, coupling capacitor is a major coupling device in the carrier communication of the power frequency high-voltage lines, and also a device that has been widely used for measuring and extracting electric energy, and controlling high-frequency protection in the electric power system. However, there are many problems in the application of coupling capacitor to high-voltage electric transmission lines. In the following, some common problems in the application of infrared imaging diagnosis technology to the coupling capacitor in high-voltage electric transmission lines are tested, so that the corresponding problems are found timely and accurately and also the right processing is made.

The conditions of electromagnetic safety on the route of a high-voltage power line are considered, taking into account the sag of the wire. As a result of modeling in the Fazonord software package, it was shown that taking into account the sag of the power line wire causes a significant change in the electric and magnetic fields at a normalized height
