Based on Interaction energy of solid ball, the new particle damper is designed which can be used in a high temperature and high shock energy. To verify the design of the damper, a falling weight Impact test rig is designed, a sensor, data acquisition card and computer hardware constitutes a signal test system. Experimental results show that the particle diameter is the biggest impact for the role of the particle damper , the characteristics of the displacement curves are increased at first and then decreased, the opposite effect of the time. At the same time filled with particles and the degree of damping rod embedment also have an impact on energy consumption.

To guarantee the security of composite insulators as tension strings applied to ultra-high voltage engineering, it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of composite insulator regarding break impact. The test system was designed and the implementation plan was developed. Test was done to two insulator strings broken and the dynamic impact factor under different broken conditions at different tension was obtained accordingly, which provides reference and evidence for further study on mechanical properties of composite insulator and development of applicable design specifications.

Reliability activities are throughout the life cycle of products. Based on the ideas of reliability engineering and analysis of reliability testing of notebook,a new plan of reliability testing of notebook is put forward. In the plan, the testing is designed from the field experiments, and the factor of testing is recorded by certain sensors. The test platform is built from the test items and the test requirements. The test platform has the flexible structure and intelligent control function. The test work requires the management of reliability which is aimed to form the test specification.
