Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Marinobacter sp. strain LZ-6, isolated from the cell culture of a toxic marine dinoflagellate, Alexandrium catenella LZT09. A total of 4,405 predicted protein-coding genes were revealed, including those associated with initial biosynthesis of the key intermediate of paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins (PSTs), namely saxitoxin, and with toxic compound extrusion.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Pseudorhodobacter sp. strain E13, a Gram-negative, aerobic, nonflagellated, and rod-shaped bacterium which was isolated from the Yellow Sea in South Korea. The assembled genome sequence is 3,878,578 bp long with 3,646 protein-coding sequences in 159 contigs.

ABSTRACT The draft genome sequence of Saccharomonospora sp. strain LRS4.154, a moderately halophilic actinobacterium, has been determined. The genome has 4,860,108 bp, a G+C content of 71.0%, and 4,525 open reading frames (ORFs). The clusters of PKS and NRPS genes, responsible for the biosynthesis of a large number of biomolecules, were identified in the genome.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Aspergillus calidoustus (strain SF006504) . The functional annotation of A. calidoustus predicts a relatively large number of secondary metabolite gene clusters. The presented genome sequence builds the basis for further genome mining.
