This study aims to analyze the strategy of developing tilapia agribusiness in Babirik District, North Hulu Sungai Regency. Sampling was done by multi stage sampling and the selection of sub-district locations was carried out by purposive sampling method, namely the sub-districts which most cultivated tilapia in karamba, namely Babirik District. Fish farmers as samples were selected by stratified proportional random sampling, as many as 8 people (30% of 27 UPP group members), and 57 people (30% of 191 were not UPP group members). The number of samples is 65 people. Collector samples (collectors) were selected by snow ball sampling, which was 20 people (30% of 65 collectors). The sample of retailers was chosen by accidental sampling in the fish market in North Hulu Sungai Regency, as many as 5 people. The selection of Fisheries UPP internal factor samples was 8 people (30% of 27 people), and the sample selection of non Fisheries UPP internal factors was 20 people (30% of 191 people), while 2 external factors were selected from the relevant institutions. The results of the internal factor evaluation matrix are 3,163, while the results of the external factor evaluation matrix are 2,538. The results of the internal external matrix are in cell IV, namely in the growth and building position, and the indigo agribusiness strategy in karamba in Babirik District is a market development and production strategy.

This paper shows the scope of making an automatic Power Factor controller with the help of Fuzzy Logic. A Single-phase PF circuit is taken for experimental purposes in two sets of capacitor banks. Single-phase supply connected to Induction Motor as load considering for power factor correction. Capacitor along with its circuit connected in parallel to the Induction Motor. Selection of capacitor is done based on multiplier table using K Factor along with initial Cos of the load. Incoming control from MCB and current measurement are done at incoming as well as on capacitor banks individually. Seeking best selection, represent the relation between KVAr and µF. Results show we got desired permutations & combinations of data for making the FLC rule table. By this, we also thought about the industrial application using reactive power during the jerking load and sleep mode of machines.

Beef is a livestock product that has economic value. The high demand for meat requires farmers to cultivate cows by supplying cattle to meet consumer needs. In terms of selecting beef cattle seeds, independent breeders still do traditionally. During this time farmers still use the trial and error method in choosing the best type of cow even just concerned with the price factor. This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

It is established that there exists a significant possibility for energy savings, on the basis of application of induction motors with YY/D connection change proposed in this paper, especially for power to 30 kW. In connection D (0.866Un), total losses and reactive loads are reduced to loads up to 75-85%. Benefits of such motors would be significant because more than 80% induction motors are light loaded (mean value ? 70%). In such manner one motor with two characteristics is attained, but that is better than to offer to the market two different motors, because only in exploitation it is possible to accurately select the one which is working with greater efficiency values in given conditions. However, at the motor with YY/D winding it is always possible, by selection of corresponding connection for (mean value) load measured in operation. Even, with connection change it is possible to adjust to load changes in future. Moreover, at loads ? 30%, energy saving by induction motors with YY/D connection is greater than the one using induction motors with thyristor controllers. Induction motors YY/D connection application may be economical in cases where it is not recommended to use higher costs of energy efficiency of motors.

In this paper, the optimal site and size selection of wind turbines (WTs) is presented considering the maximum allowable capacity constraint with the objective of loss reduction and voltage profile improvement of distribution grids based on particle swarm optimization (PSO as a multi-objective problem using weighted coefficients method. The optimal site, size, and power factor of the WTs are determined using PSO. The proposed method is implemented on 84- and 32-bus standard grids. In this study, PSO algorithm is applied to determine the size, site, and power factor of WTs considering their maximum size constraint (with constraint, variant size) and also not considering their maximum size constraint (without constraint, constant size). The simulation results showed that the PSO is effective to find the site, size, and power factor of WTs optimally in the single and multi-objective problem. The results of this method showed that the power loss is reduced more and voltage profile improved more considering WTs maximum allowable size versus not considering this constraint. Additionally, the multi-objective results showed that there is a compromise between the objectives in the multi-objective WTs site selection and the multi-objective problem solution is a more realistic and accurate approach in comparison with the single-objective problem solution.
