The display speed of image and large real-time data processing is a huge challenge for realtime system. This paper completed a thorough research on existing drawing technology on the platform of windows; analyzed adaptive characteristics of using the general high-speed drawing techniques for high speed drawing and its merits and demerits. Finally, through a lot of experiments and simulations of high speed drawing process after optimization and combination, tested their drawing performance and efficiency in order to select an appropriate drawing method to develop a high-speed graphics engine for large real-time data.

Currently, bored pile been widely applied in the current road and bridge construction, But its construction technology in complex geological case is still not perfect. In view of this, this paper carried out a high-speed Lakes viaduct extraordinary pile foundation construction project. For the analysis of the technical difficulties in the construction process, explore get the corresponding key construction technology, and it relates to the accident and its approach are summarized, study drew long pile construction technology Lakes geological conditions under soft silt and clay, solve the long holes bored pile into the lake silt soft clay under geological conditions, verticality control and other technical problems, can provide reference for similar projects.

U71Mn is the main steel grade for high-speed railway rails. In the production of U71Mn rail, its decarburization depth is the deepest, and the qualified percentage is lower than 60% for the requirement of less than 0.3mm of decarburization depth. On the basis of current heating furnace, the influence of different heating processes on the decarburization depth of U71Mn rail was studied, and the result shows that just optimization of heat process can not decrease greatly the decarburization depth. Therefore the high temperature anti-oxidation coating protection technology was carried out in the process of heating of U71Mn rail. Under the condition of protection heating and optimization of heating process, the decarburization depth of U71Mn rail decreases significantly, and the qualified rate reaches to more than 95% for the depth of less than 0.30mm, and 100% for the depth of less than 0.50mm.

The complexity of locomotive onboard devices and their coupling relationship are increasing along with the high-speed development of our nation’s railway vehicle technology. By combining diagnostic technique with expert system and using fault trees and rules, a new monitor and diagnosis method has been proposed on the overall view of railway vehicles to enhance the diagnosis accuracy. This research is supported by the National High Technology Research and Development Program ("863" Program) of China, the result of this research has been statically tested on relevant electric locomotives.

When the target and background in the high speed change, moving target detection. The traditional easily lost, not accurate. This paper presents a variable background frame difference method, and makes use of the MeanShift tracking algorithm simulation application. The method can detect moving objects in complex environment, and real-time tracking, can quickly and accurately detect and track when the background and target are scale, rotation, no rules of large displacement changes.
