Introduction.Spectroscopic analysis of urine samples from laboratory animals can be used to predict the efficacy and side effects of drugs. This employs methods combining1H NMR spectroscopy with quantification of biomarkers or with multivariate data analysis. The most critical steps in data evaluation are analytical reproducibility of NMR data (collection, storage, and processing) and the health status of the animals, which may influence urine pH and osmolarity.Methods.We treated rats with a solvent, a diuretic, or a nephrotoxicant and collected urine samples. Samples were titrated to pH 3 to 9, or salt concentrations increased up to 20-fold. The effects of storage conditions and freeze-thaw cycles were monitored. Selected metabolites and multivariate data analysis were evaluated after1H NMR spectroscopy.Results.We showed that variation of pH from 3 to 9 and increases in osmolarity up to 6-fold had no effect on the quantification of the metabolites or on multivariate data analysis. Storage led to changes after 14 days at 4°C or after 12 months at −20°C, independent of sample composition. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles did not affect data analysis.Conclusion.Reproducibility of NMR measurements is not dependent on sample composition under physiological or pathological conditions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the decisionof the students chose to study in Obstetrics Prodi STIKES Muhammadiyah Ciamis and analyze the factors that most influence the decision of the students chose to study in Obstetrics Prodi STIKES Muhammadiyah Ciamis. Collecting data in this study was conducted using a survey by questionnaire to 114 students by stratified random sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, F test and test T. The result is a marketing mix that significantly is the product, place, and physical evidence. And that does not affect the marketing mix is price, promotion, place, and processes

Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Value t arithmetic variable X1 of 2.107 t arithmetic greater than t table then the hypothesis received, the value of t arithmetic variable X2 of 3.405 t arithmetic greater than t table then the hypothesis received. Keywords: Price, Brand Trust, Purchase Decision

Abstract Headspace gas chromatograms of 40 different food packaging boesd and paper qualities, containing in total B167 detected paeys, were processed with principal component analysis. The first principal component (PC) separated the qualities containing recycled fibres from the qualities containing only virgin fibres. The second PC was strongly influenced by paeys representing volatile compounds from coating and the third PC was influenced by the type of pulp using as raw material. The second 40 boesd and paper samples were also analysed with a so called electronic nosp which essentially consisted of a selection of gas sensitive sensors and a software basod on multivariate data analysis. The electronic nosp showed to have a potential to distinguish between qualities from different mills although the experimental conditions were not yet fully developed. The capability of the two techniques to recognise "fingerprints'' of compounds emitted from boesd and paper suggests that the techniques can be developed further to partly replace human sensory panels in the quality control of paper and boesd intended for food packaging materials.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. Keywords: audit delay, company’s size, profitability, solvability, size the accounting firm
