Unmet need family planning is a need for contraception that is not met. Fertile age women are said to be unmet need family planning if they wish to delay pregnancy or to terminate pregnancy for the next two years but not to use contraceptives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of predisposing factors, enabling factors, and reinforcing factors in fertile couple women in Sumberjambe, Sumbersari and Kaliwates. The research design used was observational analytic with cross sectional research design. Samples taken in this study were 382 women of fertile couples age. The sampling technique used was multistage random sampling technique. Data anaysis used logistic regression. The results showed that there was influence of predisposing factor, enabling factor and reinforcing factor to contraception that was not fulfilled in fertile age women of knowledge with value of (p = 0.000), attitude with value of (p = 0.000), access service with value of (p = 0.000), quality of service with value of (p = 0.002), husband support with value of (p = 0.000), family panning officer support with value of (p = 0.000), and IEC treatment with value of (p = 0.000). <span>Wireless networks came into the computing world replacing the costlier and more complex wired method of connecting numerous equipment in the same or different location via the use of cables. It provides the user devices a connection to one another and the greater internet via connections to access points. Generally, 802.11 access point products follow a default strongest signal first approach in selecting user devices or nodes to connect to the access point or overlapping access points. This standard does not make provisions for even distribution of load and hence the quality of service and the throughput in areas of congestion would be reduced. This article brings forward two algorithms used in load balancing and they include round-robin technique and the weighted round-robin technique to be used in the simulation of the distribution of the load amongst the access points with the results collated and compared to clearly show which algorithm is best suited to be used as a standard for access point load distribution.</span>

To let the service system react quickly on customers’ perception or user experience while using the service, mapping functions between Quality of Experience (QoE) and Quality of Service (QoS) are strongly required in purpose of building up an intelligent QoE control system upon adjusting QoS parameters. This article studies the changing behavior of QoE with respect to changes of QoS parameters in the context of video streaming service in an IP Multimedia Subsystem-based IP Television network (IMS-based IPTV network). The article is, in fact, an extended version of the paper published by the same authors (Thu-Huong Truong, 2012). In (Thu-Huong Truong, 2012), the authors studied QoE in both terms of Mean Opinion Scores and VQM as functions of each single QoS parameter such as: loss, jitter, and delay. In this extended content, the correlation between QoE and multiple QoS parameters will be introduced. The QoE-QoS correlation could be a significant first step to build a smart QoE monitoring and control mechanism as an added value to promote the IMS-based IPTV network.

The paper is dedicated to mechanisms for open access to resource management in the Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia networks. First we present the concept of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and explain the IMS functional architecture, principles of quality of service management and service control in IMS. Then we describe the idea behind the opening of network interfaces for third parties so that others besides the network operator can create and deploy services. Open Service Access (OSA) and Parlay appear to be the technologies for value-added service delivery in multimedia networks. In the paper we take a closer look to the Parlay/OSA interfaces that allow third party applications to access the resource management functions in IMS. OSA "Connectivity Manager" interfaces and OSA "Policy Management" interfaces are considered. Parlay X Web Services interfaces provide a higher level of abstraction than Parlay/OSA interfaces and gain an amazing amount of support among service developers. We address "Applicationdriven Quality of Service" Parlay X Web Service and "Policy" Parlay X Web Service also.
