Kegiatan di Rumah Sakit memiliki risiko berasal dari faktor fisik, kimia, biologi, ergonomi dan psikososial, variasi, ukuran, tipe dan kelengkapan Rumah Sakit menentukan tingkat risiko K3. Sumber bahaya yang ada di Rumah Sakit harus diidentifikasi dan dinilai untuk menentukan tingkat risiko, yang merupakan tolak ukur kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan akibat kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Kesehatan kerja merupakan suatu unsur kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan kerja dan pekerjaan, yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dapat memengaruhi efisiensi dan produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan, keselamatan kerja merupakan suatu sarana utama untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian berupa luka atau cidera, cacat atau kematian, kerugian harta benda, kerusakan peralatan atau mesin dan kerusakan lingkungan secara luas.Pada hakekatnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan suatu usaha untuk menciptakan perlindungan dan keamanan dari berbagai risiko kecelakaan dan bahaya, baik fisik, mental maupun emosional terhadap pekerja, perusahaan, masyarakat dan lingkungan. Disamping itu, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja diharapkan dapat menciptakan kenyamanan kerja dan keselamatan kerja yang tinggi.Bahaya (Hazard) adalah kondisi/keadaan pada suatu proses, alat, mesin, bahan atau cara kerja yang secara intrinsik / alamiah dapat menjadikan luka, cidera bahkan kematian pada manusia serta menimbulkan kerusakan pada alat dan lingkungan. Metode penulisan yang digunakan ialah dengan metode deskriptif. Dimana dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data atau informasi dengan melakukan analisis, eksplorasi, kajian bebas (literatur review) yang relevan yang berfokus pada tema. Hasil yang dapat diperoleh yaitu, Upaya pengendalian bahaya ergonomi yaitu aktivitas kerja melakukan restrain, memandikan pasien, dan mengganti pakaian pasien adalah memahami SOP/SPO dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Dan Upaya pengendalianBahaya psikososial adalah menghindari rasa takut pada pekerjaan yang membuat PSIKOLOGI terganggu pada saat bekerja sehingga mengakibatkan penyakit akibat kerja dan kecelakaan kerja. Jadi, Identifikasi Bahaya (Hazards Identification), Penilaian Risiko (Risk Assessment) dan pengendalian Risiko (Risk Control) atau yang disingkat HIRARC merupakan suatu elemen pokok dalam sistem manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yang berkaitan dengan upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian bahaya.

Background: The reform and innovation of recording technology has resulted in recording becoming an exciting, developing project. Against the background of Internet +, traditional analogue technology has developed into digital recording technology, playing an important role in various fields. Venture capital in digital recording technology projects has also attracted attention from all circles. Objective: This paper aims to, by sorting out literature on venture capital, analyze the measurement method of project investment risk, and then, after analyzing the risk factors existing in the investment of digital recording technology under the “Internet +”, propose measures to control these risk factors. At the same time, taking CY company as an example, the investment risk prevention strategy of digital recording technology project is applied to the risk investment evaluation practice of CY company. Methods: This paper reviews and comments the literature on venture capital, and sorts out the evaluation methods of project investment risk. After studying the project investment risk of digital recording technology, this paper finds out the preventive strategies to deal with these risks, and applies them to risk investment evaluation of CY. This paper proposes investment suggestions basing on various factors, and makes an overall evaluation of the value of digital recording technology project, which hopefully will act as a reference for venture capital institutions when investing in digital recording technology in the future. Results: The countermeasures against investment risks in digital recording technology projects are: 1. Identification of countermeasures against investment risks in digital recording technology projects. 2. Encouragement and promotion of joint-stock cooperation and reduction of operational risks 3. Establishment and improvement of financial risk control. Conclusion: Digital technology, which is continuously improving, has penetrated recording technology. With mindful awareness of investment risks and careful investment in recording technology projects, digital technology can improve living standards while making the flexibility and form of recording work more artistic and enabling recording technology to reach new heights.

Enterprises can manage risks in two fundamental ways, namely by physical risk control and by risk financing. The latter comprises external and internal risk financing. As this paper focuses on the latter of these concepts, due attention is paid to the main forms of internal risk financing. Charging losses to current operating profit, arranging loan facilities and implementing equity financing programmes are different forms of internal risk financing. The nature, advantages and various types of captive insurance companies are considered as holding companies can utilise this form of internal risk financing. Special attention is paid to the use of contingency funds as a way of internal risk financing by applying a modelling approach. The conclusions reached should be valuable to business enterprises in particular, but also to non-profit organisations and individuals.

The use of mobile technologies is important for Supply Chain Management (SCM) because these technologies allow for a ubiquitous flow of information, higher agility and risk reduction in supply chains. In food markets, these issues are particularly relevant due to food safety risks. The main goal of this paper is to analyze the use of mobile technology for management and risk control in the Brazilian beef supply chain, since Brazil is one of the main producers and beef exporters in the world. The research method was a single case study. Results show the actual level of mobile technology use; drivers and barriers to mobile technology adoption and how mobile technology is applied to beef traceability and risk reduction along the chain. The authors propose a framework that links the issues of mobile technology use for SCM and risk control, considering the context of a developing country such as Brazil.

The paper describes the methods used for a study of the safety management system and culture of a cold rolling mill in a steel plant. It uses data from diverse sources which can be validated against each other and combined to produce a rich picture of the current risk control system and its shortcomings. The paper also describes the proposed improvements and what the plant chose to implement. This step also throws light on the culture of the plant.
