We examine the sensitivity of low energy positive kaon (K+)–nucleus scattering to the neutron distribution. By using the technique of isotope comparison which has worked well for low energy pions, we find that there seem to be "windows" where one could already learn something quantitative about the neutron distribution despite the poorly known K+–nucleon phase shifts.
