С использованием специально разработанных методик получены твердые растворы систем типа InAs-AIIBVI (AIIBVI-ZnSVI, CdTe). По результатам рентгенографических исследований в сочетании с результатами микро-, электронно-микроскопических исследований они аттестованы как твердые растворы замещения с кубической структурой сфалерита; получена информация о кристаллохимических и структурных свойствах; определены элементные составы, практически совпадающие с заданными мольными. Изучены кислотно-основные свойства поверхностей твердых растворов и бинарных компонентов систем, обнаружившие слабокислый характер и повышенную активность к основным газам. Установлены закономерности изменений объемных и поверхностных свойств с изменением состава, подчиняющиеся преимущественно статистическому закону применительно к системе InAs-CdTe и с экстремальными проявлениями применительно к системе InAs-ZnS, которым дано обоснование. Выявлены связь между закономерностями, влияние объемных свойств (в частности, ширины запрещенной зоны, разности электроотрицательностей) на поверхностные свойства. Намечены ориентиры поиска новых материалов для сенсорной техники, базирующиеся на более доступных сведениях об объемных свойствах. Даны практические рекомендации по использованию полученных материалов для изготовления сенсоров-датчиков на микропримеси основных газов.

Phase composition, crystal structure, and selected physicochemical properties of the high entropy Ln(Co,Cr,Fe,Mn,Ni)O3−δ (Ln = La, Pr, Gd, Nd, Sm) perovskites, as well as the possibility of Sr doping in Ln1−xSrx(Co,Cr,Fe,Mn,Ni)O3−δ series, are reported is this work. With the use of the Pechini method, all undoped compositions are successfully synthesized. The samples exhibit distorted, orthorhombic or rhombohedral crystal structure, and a linear correlation is observed between the ionic radius of Ln and the value of the quasi-cubic perovskite lattice constant. The oxides show moderate thermal expansion, with a lack of visible contribution from the chemical expansion effect. Temperature-dependent values of the total electrical conductivity are reported, and the observed behavior appears distinctive from that of non-high entropy transition metal-based perovskites, beyond the expectations based on the rule-of-mixtures. In terms of formation of solid solutions in Sr-doped Ln1−xSrx(Co,Cr,Fe,Mn,Ni)O3−δ materials, the results indicate a strong influence of the Ln radius, and while for La-based series the Sr solubility limit is at the level of xmax = 0.3, for the smaller Pr it is equal to just 0.1. In the case of Nd-, Sm- and Gd-based materials, even for the xSr = 0.1, the formation of secondary phases is observed on the SEM + EDS images.

Glass formation in the As2S3-Er2S3 system was investigated by the methods of physicochemical differential thermal (DTA), X-ray phase (RFA), microstructural (MCA) analyzes, as well as by measuring microhardness, glass regions were determined and some physicochemical properties were studied. It was found that in the As2S3Er2S3 system based on As2S3 upon slow cooling, the glass-forming regions extend to 20 mol. % Er2S3. In the concentration range 20-30 mol. % Er2S3 alloys are glass-crystalline. In the system at room temperature on the basis of As2S3, solid solutions reach 2 mol% Er2S3, and on the basis of Er2S3, solid solutions have practically not been established.
