The interpretation of the anomalous increase of the area under the Mössbauer spectrum below the transition temperature from the paramagnetic to magnetic state is suggested. It is shown that such a strong increase as has been observed cannot be due to a change in phonon characteristics. This anomaly can be caused by a new collective effect in the system of radiating nuclei. The effect in the formation consists of a coherent state of Mössbauer nuclei and in the appearance of coherent gamma-radiation induced by a hyperfine magnetic field. The possibility of using this effect for constructing gamma lasers is discussed.
