There has recently been a revival of interest in theories of liquid mixtures based on analytic equations of state for pure fluids. We have shown that the method used to determine the parameters of the pure-liquid equation of state has a significant effect on the excess thermodynamic properties obtained from such theories.

Success in selecting the best among the sources of supply is one of the most important factors in the efficiency of the procurement activity in the company, because the proper selection of the source of the supply significantly affect the achievement of what is desired by the factors of quality, quantity, price and service, and the ability of the competent supplier to meet everything associated with this Factors of commitments, hereby supporting the procurement function's efforts to fully discharge its responsibilities, and in view of adopting of Al-Furat company quality management system by applying the standards of ISO (9001: 2015) and purpose of getting the on-demand benefits from the application of international standards regarding record of evaluating the suppliers Therefore the research addresses to studying the reality of the suppliers' record in evaluation accordance with the quality concept in Al-Furat Sate Company for Chemical and Pesticide Industries,proposals for its development through evaluating the suppliers on realistic and logical basis and activating it in practice and a proposal to generalize the evaluation of Contractors suppliers to the public companies affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals and other bodies through coordination with the Ministry of Planning and to provide a public database officially approved on the official sites of the above authorities, allowing any entity to benefit from the evaluation of suppliers by withdrawing an evaluation form and utilize the software available to prepare the database for the Supplier Valuation Register.

Introduction. Production processes quality depends largely on the management infrastructure, in particular, on the information system (IS) effectiveness. Company management pays increasingly greater attention to the safety protection of this sphere. Financial, material and other resources are regularly channeled to its support. In the presented paper, some issues on the development of a safety enterprise information system are considered.Materials and Methods. Protection of the enterprise IS considers some specific aspects of the object, and immediate threats to IT security. Within the framework of this study, it is accepted that IS are a complex of data resources. A special analysis is resulted in determining categories of threats to the enterprise information security: hacking; leakage; distortion; loss; blocking; abuse. The connection of these threats, IS components and elements of the protection system is identified.  The requirements of normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and international standards regulating this sphere are considered. It is shown how the analysis results enable to validate the selection of the elements of the IS protection system.Research Results. A comparative analysis of the regulatory literature pertinent to this issue highlights the following. Different documents offer a different set of elements (subsystems) of the enterprise IS protection system. To develop an IS protection program, you should be guided by the FSTEC Order No. 239 and 800-82 Revision 2 Guide to ICS Security.Discussion and Conclusions. The presented research results are the basis for the formation of the software package of intellectual support for decision-making under designing an enterprise information security system. In particular, it is possible to develop flexible systems that allow expanding the composition  of the components (subsystems).

The article is devoted research of question of the modern state of scientific thought in relation to studies about subjects of corporative law. There is actuality of theoretical and practical value of select problems, taking into account prevalence of different legal forms of legal entities in an economic turn. The analysis of becoming and development of studies is conducted about subjects of corporative law. Specified, that transition of Ukraine from administratively command system to the market relations caused the appearance of new legal forms conducts of economic activity, which got partial embodiment in a national legislation which must was have time after stormy development of economic relations and design the most adequate forms of realization of business. It is rotined that the multidimensionalness of legal description of subjects of corporative law predetermines appearance of different scientific looks and approaches. It is set that the modern state of studies about subjects of corporative law is characterized the presence of civil legal and economic legal approaches among which an author is select narrow and wide interpretation of circle of subjects of corporative law. It is found out, that such selection predefined by certain factors, in particular, by establishment of a particular branch belonging of corporative legal relationships, its’ legal nature and content, and also it is well-proven that list of participants, subjects of corporative legal relationships related to the selection of interests of the proper circle of persons, their defence. Generalization is done, that the perspective is see subsequent research of problems of subjects of corporative legal relationships both in part of decision of general circle of these subjects and features of legal status of commercial companies, legal entities of corporative type created in different legal forms, taking into account importance of such developments, by conditioned euro-integration steps between Ukraine and EU in the sphere of legislation about companies and corporative management, and by adduction the legal adjusting over of activity of corporations to the requirements of international standards and gradual rapprochement with the rules of EU.
