The work world related to office administration, mastery of Microsoft Office is needed as an office administration work tool that must be mastered by vocational students. However, students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa hasn’t been maximal in mastering Microsoft Office 2019, especially in making mail merge on Ms. Word. They are only limited to know the use of Microsoft Office 2019 in the basic stages. Community Service Activity aimed to provide training on introduction of Microsoft Office 2019 computer applications in making mail merge on Microsoft Word to students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa majoring in Office Management. The method used in this service activities were the tutorial, the question and answer, and the practical method. This activity was done well and gained the expected results. The result of this activity was students’ improvement in the ability and skills of making mail merge for letters, certificates and labels using Microsoft Office 2019. It hoped that Students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Office Management Department understands to create mail for letters, certificates and labels, and if they follow Competency Test for their mail merge material, they can pass and get a Competency Certificate that is given by the State.

The object of this community service activity is the Micro-Small Business, Banana Chips Karya Mandiri. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide a basic understanding and foster awareness of business people, especially the object of the Banana Karya Karya Mandiri, in fulfilling tax obligations and providing information related to the export or import of goods that can be carried out in connection with the business being run. These community service activities are divided into two main sub-categories namely taxation and export / import of goods. For sub-taxation activities carried out in the form of an explanation related to tax obligations that must be carried out by the SME business include registration as a taxpayer, calculation of the amount of tax owed (as currently regulated in PP 23), depositing the tax owed to the state treasury and reporting annual tax return, provides an overview of the role of taxes generated from the SME business in the realization of state revenue from the taxation sector year on year, as well as the importance of taxes for the country's development. As for the sub-export / import of goods, the activities carried out are the socialization of Import and / or Export of Personal Goods and Goods for Business Entities, passenger luggage and shipments from and abroad, as well as material on hajj luggage. The results of this service are providing knowledge / education about taxation for MSMEs as well as providing knowledge / education regarding the provisions on the import and / or export of personal goods and goods for business entities as well as the provisions for hajj and umrah luggage.

The author has studied scientific concepts on the introduction of service-oriented activities of public administration authorities aimed at meeting the needs and interests of society through the provision of quality public services to the population, coordinated with long-term goals of society and state’s development. It has been proved that public and service activity of public administration authorities is really possible and actually feasible under the condition of creation and functioning of optimal normative, material and resource, organizational base for its guaranteeing (availability of legislative and other normative and legal documents, functioning of specialized service centers for providing administrative services with the staff of qualified civil servants and electronic databases, etc.). It has been emphasized that the content of public and service activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is: a) a separate function of the service state, the content of which is to change the ideology, forms and methods in the work of law enforcement agencies; b) one of the externally-oriented functions of a specially created state institution along with such functions as regulatory, supervisory and law enforcement, c) the basis for the authorized entity to implement the tasks and functions of the state to ensure human rights and freedoms, as well as the interests of society and the state, keeping public order and security, combating crime, d) high-quality and affordable provision of administrative services to specific individuals in the form of licensing, registration and other similar actions in the law enforcement sphere.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><em> </em><em>               The state of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic forces people to be more adaptive. This includes self-development so that it can reduce the negative impacts that can arise within oneself. Coupled with the development of information technology is increasingly rapid until now and the technologies that support it continue to be developed. People take a lot of time to try to improve their technology-related skills such as photography and videography. In its development, both photography and videography have undergone many changes from manual to digital until a few moments ago a trend emerged where due to the pandemic situation which required us to keep our distance or what is known as social distancing, the trend of virtual photography and videography emerged. So that this community service activity takes place online with participants from students / I SMK Bonavita Tangerang. In this community service consists of two parts, the first is the provision of material and an understanding of non-virtual and virtual shooting procedures, so that participants understand the basics of shooting from pre-production, production to post-production, in which the material is given direct practical examples. conducted by the two speakers. The final result of this community service activity went well and was responded well by the participants. Participants receive material on photography and videography competencies that have been adapted to be used in the current pandemic situation.</em></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong><em></em><em></em></p>
