On the bases of studying special attitude to stomatological disorder and its treatment the necessity of psychological correction of internal image of disorder of the majority of the patients who need stomatological rehabilitation is substantiated. It has been elucidated low effectiveness of diagnostic by stomatologist. It was shown that one of the factors of efficient express-diagnoses of internal image of disorder in stomatological practice is to raise stomatologists’ communicative competence to the proper level.

The paper presents data, dealing with the prevention and diagnostics of stomatological diseases in gravidas. It is demonstrated that the level of the stomatological morbidity grows significantly during gestation. It has been established that health education of physicians of the stomatological practice requires an extensive introduction into maternity welfare clinics for the purpose of preventing and treating diseases of the oral cavity.

The review summarizes and analyzes specters of therapeutic effect of laser and light-emitting diode radiation of different wavelengths as exemplified by various diseases. The physiological and certain biophysical differences in the basis of effect mechanisms of modern laser and light therapy are emphasized. The review applied both research studies and monographs and tutorials. Hence, a large volume of data was analyzed concerning every type of light therapy and its contraindications. The comparison is implemented concerning efficiency of implementation of red, blue and green light-emitting diode radiation in neurological, therapeutic, stomatological practice and in therapy of emotional conditions.
