AbstractSpider silk attracts researchers from the most diverse fields, such as material science or medicine. However, still little is known about silk aside from its molecular structure and material strength. Spiders produce many different silks and even join several silk types to one functional unit. In cribellate spiders, a complex multi-fibre system with up to six different silks affects the adherence to the prey. The assembly of these cribellate capture threads influences the mechanical properties as each fibre type absorbs forces specifically. For the interplay of fibres, spinnerets have to move spatially and come into contact with each other at specific points in time. However, spinneret kinematics are not well described though highly sophisticated movements are performed which are in no way inferior to the movements of other flexible appendages. We describe here the kinematics for the spinnerets involved in the cribellate spinning process of the grey house spider, Badumna longinqua, as an example of spinneret kinematics in general. With this information, we set a basis for understanding spinneret kinematics in other spinning processes of spiders and additionally provide inspiration for biomimetic multiple fibre spinning.

The purpose of this work is to establish and determine, on the basis of a systematic analysis, the factors influencing the state of food security of the Russian Federation, the problems of legal support of national priorities related to food independence. Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the current state of food security in the Russian Federation are closely related to the criteria for the development of the socio-economic system of the state. An important condition for the effective implementation of national priorities is the normative regulation of the toolkit of state management impact on the threats and risks of food independence. To understand the essence of these problems and minimize their consequences, the authors substantiate the need to study the indicated problem within the framework of the concept of legal dementia. Legal dementia is a state of compliance by subjects of law with the provisions of the law, which is characterized by non-fulfillment to one degree or another by state bodies not only of their functions, but also by the inability to respond, due to a low level of competence and professionalism, to factors that weaken the effectiveness of legal guarantees.

Article justify the need for a systematic approach to the formation of uniform requirements for the volume and level of construction supervision carried out in the conversion of industrial facilities. Author determines the factors that affect the safety, is the quantitative characteristics of various types of control measures carried out by specialists of state construction supervision both at the facility and in the office. As a hypothesis, author considers the possibility of forming a single deterministic system that provides objective supervision during the conversion and does not create an excessive burden for both the state and the developer. As a result, the existing legislation in the field of state construction supervision is incomplete and partly contradictory. In this article the necessity of formation of scientifically grounded hierarchical organizational and technological system of construction supervision is defined.
