The Semantic Web has been recently developed to provide end users with suitable tools and strategies to process information from their Web pages. The Intelligent Semantic Web Services is a new approach aimed at extending Semantic Web capabilities for Services by applying Artificial Intelligence techniques while maintaining the good properties of the standard Semantic Web schemes. However, many current Web services neither consider this approach nor include a powerful user-interface and, consequently, are very limited and difficult to use. This paper introduces a new framework for Intelligent Semantic Web Services that overcomes these drawbacks. Our approach is based on the Graphical Autonomous Intelligent Virtual Agents (GAIVAs), virtual agents that exhibit a human-like appearance and behaviour and are able to take intelligent decisions and perform actions without human intervention. To this purpose, the framework comprises a collection of powerful Artificial Intelligence techniques along with a natural and intuitive Graphical User Interface.

The world’s most valuable resource is no longer oil, but data. Smartphones and the internet have made data abundant, ubiquitous and far more valuable. Modern algorithms can predict when a customer tends to buy, a car needs servicing or a person is at risk of a disease. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence techniques extract more value from data. As individuals accumulate information which transforms into knowledge, entrepreneurs will want to use and/or share that knowledge. It is the sharing of knowledge that needs a decentralized, autonomous mechanism so that knowledge can be shared fairly amongst all peoples of the world, not just within corporations. Blockchain technology gives us that mechanism. Blockchain is one of a kind decentralized technology and it is distributed as well as decentralized ledger. Blockchain is the answer to a lot of obstacles the world has to go through today. Before today, nobody could think of transferring money from one account to another safely without any financial institution in the middle, like a bank. Blockchain technology presents a radical and disruptive new way of conducting all manner of transactions over the Internet. The advent of Bitcoin and the blockchain has brought a lot of change to the world of finance even the world economy was formerly run using fiat currencies. Introducing the blockchain environment will actually enhance the economics because in blockchain, all transactions are recorded right from the manufacturer to the buyer. This paper explores the emerging landscape for blockchain technology focusing on the economics.

Software agents help automate a variety of tasks including those involved in buying and selling products over the Internet. This paper surveys several of these agent-mediated electronic commerce systems by describing their roles in the context of a Consumer Buying Behavior (CBB) model. The CBB model we present augments traditional marketing models with concepts from Software Agents research to accommodate electronic markets. We then discuss the variety of Artificial Intelligence techniques that support agent mediation and conclude with future directions of agent-mediated electronic commerce research.

The diagnosis process is the first step to knowing a type of disease. This type of disease caused by mosquitoes is one of the major viruses (MAVY), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and malaria. Sometimes not everyone can find the virus that is carried by this mosquito, usually children who are susceptible to this virus because the immune system that has not been built perfectly is perfect. To know for sure which virus is infected by mosquitoes, it can diagnose by seeing symptoms perceived symptoms. Expert systems are one of the most used artificial intelligence techniques today because expert systems can act as consultations. In this case the authors make a system to start a diagnosis process with variable centered intelligent rule system (VCIRS) methods through perceived symptoms. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs.
