Peak external quantum efficiencies (EQEs) of 10.2%, 15.4%, and 15.6% were achieved for red, green, and blue QLEDs, respectively, by using high quantum yield thick-shell QDs.

Dispersible LiLaNd(PO3)4 microcrystals with an average size of 1.5–5 μm and lifetime of 107 μs were prepared via a flux-solvothermal method. They have a transparent dispersion with high Nd3+ ions concentration, long lifetime, low solvent quenching ratio, large emission cross section and high quantum yield.
