The article reveals the importance of attention in the educational and cognitive activities of students. The review of the main foreign theories of attention (V. Wundt, E. Titchener, W. James, T. Ribot, R. Woodwards, D. Kahneman, W. Neisser, N. N. Lange, L. C. Vygotsky, N. F. Dobrynin, P. P. Blonsky, etc.) and domestic approaches (M. Zhumabaev, Zh. Aimauytov, M. M. Mukanov), acting as a theoretical basis for the studyof attention. The article reveals the history, formation and current state of attention research in Kazakhstan psychological science. The article substantiates the importance of proper organization of professional and pedagogical training of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (in particular, economic profile) as future scientific and pedagogical workers of high qualification; it is also determined the role and place of the course “Modern educational technologies” in the system of professional training of doctors of philosophy of economic profile. In order to understand the peculiarities of scientific and pedagogical activities in the educational program of PhD students it should be normatively provided educational components aimed at providing theoretical and practical training of future scientific and pedagogical workers (by the way, as required by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). Analysis of postgraduate curricula suggests that in most of the analyzed institutions, educational programs for doctors of philosophy contain educational components of both theoretical and practical orientation, which is also confirmed by the availability of educational and methodological literature aimed at organizing pedagogical training of future teachers. In general, an integral part of the training of future doctors of philosophy in higher education is the formation of their professional and pedagogical competence, as well as methodological culture, which involves the possession of methodological knowledge (theoretical, methodological, subject methodology, methodology of knowledge of the relevant field of science). Thus, the system of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of economic disciplines should include the use of modern forms, methods and teaching aids, as well as the latest pedagogical technologies, differentiation and individualization of professional training of future doctors of philosophy, implementation of innovative programs into pedagogical training of potential teachers.

Анализируется современное состояние профессионального образования, которое рассматривается как социальный феномен. Представлены характеристики профессионального образования как составляющей образовательной системы. Отмечается, что современное состояние профессионального образования находится на уровне модернизации в пользу использования инновационных образовательных технологий. Акцентируется внимание на главной тенденции современного профессионального образования – его цифровизации. Ситуация, вызванная COVID-19, привела к тому, что образовательные учреждения были вынуждены перейти на новые форматы обучения (дистанционное и онлайн-обучение). Основными факторами, повлиявшими на данную ситуацию, названы пандемия COVID-19, накопленный международный опыт, современные потребности общества и рыночной экономики. Несмотря на технологические и организационные трудности, выработаны общие подходы к профессиональному обучению дистанционно и онлайн, создана база образовательного контента. The article analyzes the current state of vocational education. Vocational education is considered as a social phenomenon. The characteristics of vocational education as a component of the educational system at the present stage of development are presented. It is noted that the current state of vocational education is at the level of modernization in favor of the use of innovative educational technologies. Attention is focused on the main trend of modern professional education – its digitalization. Integration of the Russian vocational education system into the world educational system is one of the priorities of the state educational policy. It is noted that the basis of modern vocational education is at the level of modernization in favor of the use of innovative educational technologies. The principles underlying modern education are highlighted: continuity, practice-orientedness, integration, continuous professional development, learning “online + offline. The situation caused by the coronavirus COVID-19 led to the fact that educational institutions were forced to switch to new formats of education (distance and online learning). The main factors that influenced this situation are the COVID-19 pandemic, the accumulated international experience, the modern needs of society and the market economy. It is noted that, despite the technological and organizational difficulties, common approaches to professional training remotely and online were developed, a database of educational content was created.

The article deals with the problem of increasing the level of competence of teachers associated with the use of digital educational technologies in the educational process of the school by organizing advanced training courses. Effective digital educational technologies for organizing distance learning are also described. The formation of digital competence is possible in the process of implementing educational programs of higher education, as well as professional development and professional training programs. The authors, based on the analysis of empirical data obtained during the survey of current teachers and future teachers - students of the pedagogical direction on the use of distance educational technologies in the educational process, identify problems and difficulties in using digital technologies, types of competence improvement for the successful implementation of distance learning. Based on the analysis of ICT competence in the field of education, the authors developed a program of a professional development course on the topic "Kashyktyktan okytudagi tsifrlyk bilim beru technologiyalary" and conducted teacher training. The survey revealed the degree of readiness and desire of teachers to use digital tools and services in the educational process. This suggests the need for further development of the organization of effective online communication of participants in the educational process, productive feedback with students using digital technologies; forming a critical assessment of students 'behavior and correcting their actions when working in a digital educational environment, monitoring the independence of students' performance of educational tasks; using the potential of digital tools and services in organizing group work and project activities of schoolchildren, and others.

The article is devoted to the description and analysis of the implementation model of modern educational technologies of blended learning in the process of professional training of specialists in foreign languages. These technologies act as a means of stimulating motivation, cognitive independence and activity of students. Their use increases the efficiency of the educational process by changing the models of interaction of its participants. At the same time, students make the transition from traditional passive perception of the material to its active development thanks to the capabilities of the virtual learning environment, which allows them to build their own learning path and consciously master the learning information. The advantage of blended learning is a more appropriate distribution of study time, high adaptability and interactivity, a deeper understanding and analysis of program material by students. The appropriateness of the application of educational technologies of blended learning was analyzed on the example of studying the course "Theory and Practice of Translation of Epistolary Texts (French)" by students of Kazan Federal University. The material for testing was an electronic educational resource developed specifically for the development of this educational discipline. An analysis of the results of the pilot training shows that the introduction of these technologies increases the significance and effectiveness of the educational process due to its individualization and differentiation, and also develops the creative thinking of students, forms their responsibility and ability to self-management.

Одним из направлений развития современного высшего образования является его информатизация, открывающая новые возможности для организации образовательного процесса. В связи с этим проблема проектирования, разработки и использования электронных информационно-образовательных ресурсов в профессиональном образовании в целом и в теологическом образовании, в частности, является актуальной. Цель статьи – раскрыть особенности проектирования и разработки электронных информационно-образовательных ресурсов в профессиональной подготовке будущих бакалавров теологии. Автором охарактеризованы особенности теологического образования, выделены этапы проектирования, принципы разработки, предложена структура электронных информационно-образовательных комплексов, используемых при подготовке бакалавров теологии. Статья предназначена для преподавателей вузов, интересующихся проблемами внедрения новых образовательных технологий в профессиональную подготовку в вузе, заинтересованных в разработке и внедрении в образовательный процесс электронных образовательных ресурсов. One of the directions for development of modern higher education is its Informatization, which opens up new opportunities for organizing the educational process. In this respect, the problem of designing, developing and using electronic information and educational resources in professional education, in general, and in theological education, in particular, is relevant. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of designing and developing electronic information and educational resources in the professional training of future bachelors of theology. The author describes the features of theological education, identifies the stages of design, development principles, and suggests the structure of electronic information and educational complexes, used in the preparation of bachelors of theology. The article is intended for University-teachers who are interested in the problems of introducing new educational technologies in professional training at the University, in the development and implementation of electronic educational resources in the educational process.

The article considers the problem of the fourth industrial revolution influence on changing the forms and educational technologies of personnel professional training of industry personnel and justifies the importance of cooperation between educational organizations of different countries in coordinating professional training programs. The authors explain the importance of harmonization and coordination processes of the Bologna project by the factors of the objective pattern of changing the technological paradigm and the formation of technoscience, diversifying educational technologies, which is actualized by the growing need for new generation specialists. The article emphasizes the importance of international cooperation and international interdisciplinary interaction in the development of forms and technologies of professional training in the logic (The Project of the Digital Competition of EU). On the example of educational projects of Russia and China in nuclear energy, the authors show the mutual influence of factors for the development of professional education in different countries. The article analyzes promising areas of professional training, based on the experience of mutual cooperation and the practice of diversifying programs in Russia and China, including the development of nuclear medicine, wind energy, ASU SMART- cities, the creation of digital products and environmental projects. The methodology of the article is based on research in the field of professional education in the context of informatization and the strategy of digitalization of production technologies, noting the special importance of engineering training in China.

The research features ways of personal formation and fulfillment in the Russian socio-cultural space. An effective use of educational technologies contributes to personal fulfillment. Higher education helps students to socialize and adapt. Modern society requires professional competencies. However, there is a contradiction between the state demand and the requirements of modern technological management, which determines the range of problems associated with the image of a graduate that would satisfy both the state and the employers. The specifics of the use of educational technologies are significantly affected by the national mentality, which reflects the degree of impact on social and cultural policy at state and regional levels. Human potential is a reflection of the formed knowledge; it is individual and market-oriented. The problem lies in the degree of the demand for graduates on the labor market and the competencies that should be adapted to the current state of technology development in various fields of activity. The effectiveness of professional training depends on the socio-economic opportunities of the institution, its infrastructure, and opportunities to reveal the creative potential of its graduates. The higher the degree of real demand for specific specialists, the more successful and qualified will be the future specialist. If the system of competencies defines the boundaries within which the university forms the image of the future graduate, a universal graduate should possess competitive advantages, which results in the problem of a unique image of the graduate.

Проблема определения профессионального статуса медицинского (клинического) психолога в России в настоящее время достаточно актуальна. Она выражается и в двойном наименовании данной специальности, и в том, какие вузы должны вести подготовку данных специалистов - гуманитарные или медицинские, и в отсутствии согласованности нормативных документов, регламентирующих деятельность и требования к образованию медицинских (клинических) психологов. Эта проблема подкрепляется отсутствием соответствующего профессионального стандарта, на базе которого можно было бы разработать образовательный стандарт и вести профессиональную подготовку специалистов, отвечающих за поддержание и восстановление психического здоровья населения. Предлагается авторский вариант списка трудовых функций, на основе которых можно было бы спроектировать профессиональный стандарт клинического (медицинского) психолога. Профессиональная подготовка медицинских (клинических) психологов может быть организована на основе адаптивного модульного обучения, где каждый учебный модуль соответствует определенной трудовой функции и раскладывается на ряд микромодулей, каждый из которых строится на основе одного из описанных в профессиональном стандарте трудовых действий. Приводится пример подобной модульной организации учебного процесса, причем предлагается его организация с использованием дистанционных образовательных технологий. Дистанционные образовательные технологии могут применяться не только в процессе самообучения слушателей, но и для организации эффективного диалога обучающихся между собой и с преподавателем (тьютором) курса. Смешанное обучение с элементами очных занятий и очной итоговой аттестации было бы, по мнению авторов, наиболее результативным.
