AbstractIn this paper we provide non-smooth atomic decompositions of 2-microlocal Besov-type and Triebel–Lizorkin-type spaces with variable exponents $$B^{\varvec{w}, \phi }_{p(\cdot ),q(\cdot )}({\mathbb {R}}^n)$$ B p ( · ) , q ( · ) w , ϕ ( R n ) and $$F^{\varvec{w}, \phi }_{p(\cdot ),q(\cdot )}({\mathbb {R}}^n)$$ F p ( · ) , q ( · ) w , ϕ ( R n ) . Of big importance in general, and an essential tool here, are the characterizations of the spaces via maximal functions and local means, that we also present. These spaces were recently introduced by Wu et al. and cover not only variable 2-microlocal Besov and Triebel–Lizorkin spaces $$B^{\varvec{w}}_{p(\cdot ),q(\cdot )}({\mathbb {R}}^n)$$ B p ( · ) , q ( · ) w ( R n ) and $$F^{\varvec{w}}_{p(\cdot ),q(\cdot )}({\mathbb {R}}^n)$$ F p ( · ) , q ( · ) w ( R n ) , but also the more classical smoothness Morrey spaces $$B^{s, \tau }_{p,q}({\mathbb {R}}^n)$$ B p , q s , τ ( R n ) and $$F^{s,\tau }_{p,q}({\mathbb {R}}^n)$$ F p , q s , τ ( R n ) . Afterwards, we state a pointwise multipliers assertion for this scale.

AbstractIn this paper we investigate the boundedness on Hardy spaces for the higher order commutator Tb, m generated by the BMO function b and fractional integral type operator Tτ, and establish the boundness theorems for Tτb, m from Hp1.q1.sb, m to Lp2 and to Hp2 (0 < p1 ≤ 1), and from H Ka. p1.sq1, b, m to Ka.p2q2 and to H Ka. p2q2, respectively, for certain ranges of α, p1, q1, p2, q2 and s.

AbstractIn this paper, we deal with complete hypersurfaces immersed with bounded higher order mean curvatures in steady state-type spacetimes and in hyperbolic-type spaces. By applying a generalised maximum principle for the Yau's square operator [11], we obtain uniqueness results in each of these ambient spaces.

The goal of this paper is to derive some new variants of Simpson’s inequality using the class of n-polynomial convex functions of higher order. To obtain the main results of the paper, we first derive a new generalized fractional integral identity utilizing the concepts of Katugampola fractional integrals. This new fractional integral identity will serve as an auxiliary result in the development of the main results of this paper.

The symbols of $n^{\hbox{th}}$-order Hankel forms defined on the product of certain reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces $H(k_{i})$, $i=1,2$, in the Hilbert-Schmidt class are shown to coincide with the orthogonal complement in $H(k_{1})\otimes H(k_{2})$ of the ideal of polynomials which vanish up to order $n$ along the diagonal. For tensor products of weighted Bergman and Dirichlet type spaces (including the Hardy space) we introduce a higher order restriction map which allows us to identify the relative quotient of the $n^{\hbox{th}}$-order ideal modulo the $(n+1)^{\hbox{st}}$-order one as a direct sum of single variable Bergman and Dirichlet-type spaces. This generalizes the well understood $0^{\hbox{th}}$-order case.
