The traditional water treatment technologies mainly include physical reparation technology, chemical remediation technology and biological-ecological restoration technology. However, there are many limitations in practical application, especially for heavy polluted river. For this reason, it is extremely urgent to explore new technology and method on river ecosystem restoration. The materials of artificial plants are limited to the factors of water transparency, possesses acid and alkali-resistant, resistance to staining and flexibility. The characteristics of artificial plants are low in investment, effective and no secondary pollution. Therefore, it has a broad prospect of application in water treatment. In this paper, the detailed review and application of artificial plants were involved in order to provide theoretical basis for more widely used of artificial aquatic plants.

As an important role of supply chain, management impact deeply on the efficiency of the supply chain. This article first introduced the relational theory of rough set, then described the application on the customer risk management based on the analysis of a large number of historical transactions, gave the realization of computer program, and detailed the practical application. It has greatly proved the effective of the theory.

Abstract:In recent decades numerous programs have been developed trying to integrate the teaching of attitudes and values in the field of social skills, emotional intelligence and conflict management. However it seems that we are having some difficulties in promoting moral values that we consider necessary for democratic coexistence. We present a proposal for teaching attitudes and values in high school classrooms based on an experiment in a Research-in-School Area on issues related to the conflict and coexistence. In order to investigate the possibilities of changing attitudes in classroom, practical application research was carried out with a group of students in the fourth year of secondary school (ESO), during the 2010-2011 academic year, in a Centre of Preferential Attention located on the outskirts of Seville. A system of categories was stablished following a hypothesis of progression and coded information units contained in the students’ notebooks, in the audio recordings of a discussion group and in the researcher's journal. Quantitative treatment and qualitative analysis of the results show the evolution and characterization of attitudes in the different values of the hypothesis of progression, the correlation between cognitive schemes and the construction of attitudes and values, and also the possibility of restructuring these towards higher levels of complexity through work in the classroom with controversial topics with research methodology.

Eccentrically braced steel frame is a good anti-seismic structure which can be used in seismic area. A series of experiments and theoretical researches have been conducted in developed countries. However, research on this kind of structure in China is at an early stage. This paper reviews experimental, theoretical and practical application researches in China. The aim is to contribute to a better understanding of the development of the structure for designers in China, to provide a reference for researchers in this area, and to accelerate practical usage of the structure in seismic areas.

In view of the authentication model based on token and password of traditional web cloud storage easily is forgotten or theft that raise questions about identity theft. This paper proposes a identity authentication scheme of web cloud storage based on fingerprint identification. Using the identity authentication model of fingerprint identification to verify web cloud storage users that satisfy people to the web of cloud storage security, reliability and convenience of the proposed requirements, effectively solve the problem of the resource of unauthorized access. The paper put forward three layers of c/s architecture that effectively improve the flexibility, scalability and efficiency of authentication system. And mixed encryption algorithm is put forward as two-way authentication identity authentication protocol improve system security and realize high transmission of huge amounts of data. Finally through the test and analysis of practical application proves that the security authentication based on fingerprint identification applying in the web cloud storage certification system is feasible.

It is difficult to evaluate water quality, because there are lots of influence factors. It presents discrete Hopfield neural network to evaluate water quality in this paper. The criteria of nutrition water quality used as training samples to train discrete Hopfield neural network, which is stored in discrete Hopfield neural network. The data in a monitoring point used as test samples to evaluate water quality. The experimental results show that discrete Hopfield neural network can evaluate water quality effectively. The classification results can be shown directly, and the running speed is faster than BP neural network. This method has important guiding significance and practical application value to other water quality evaluation.
