Financial technology (Fintech) mengalami pertumbuhan yang cukup pesat sejak awal kehadirannya di Indonesia. Fintech merupakan industri jasa finansial yang memanfaatkan teknologi sehingga memungkinkan penggunanya melakukan berbagai transaksi keuangan secara digital. Saat ini banyak fintech baru yang bermunculan di Indonesia, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi yg tepat untuk bisa bersaing dgn kompetitor. Analisis interaksi pengguna media sosial, biasa disebut dengan Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) dapat memberikan informasi yang dapat mendukung berbagai keputusan bisnis, salah satunya adalah terkait customer engagement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi customer engagement yang terbentuk dari hasil implementasi Social Customer Relationship Management (SCRM) yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang merupakan data tweets berisi interaksi pengguna twitter mengenai 3 fintech di Indonesia yaitu GoPay, OVO, dan LinkAja. Analisis data dilakukan peneliti mengunakan metode social network analysis dengan menghitung properti jaringan dari ketiga objek penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa LinkAja mebentuk customer engagement lebih optimal lewat implementasi SCRM yang dilakukan perusahaan.

This study develops a conceptual framework for applying social networks in usual CRM models. Recent changing in customer relationship theme and putting new media and network-based paradigm into practice makes it imperative to find how social networks affect CRMs. Accordingly, this study explains the role of social networks in customer relationship management by using its analysis, tools and aspects of this concepts based on CRM models. We have provided a SCRM framework that is based on usual CRM models and incorporates Social networks and its tools, methods and analysis. The framework is combination of Social networks concept and traditional CRM concepts.

PurposeThis study aims to explore whether and how task characteristics affect employee agility in the context of enterprise social media (ESM).Design/methodology/approachAdopting the social network ties perspective, this study examines how task characteristics (i.e. task complexity, task interdependence and task non-routineness) affect employee agility by promoting their social network ties (i.e. instrumental ties and expressive ties) and how ESM visibility moderates their relationships. Data gathered from 341 ESM users in workplaces were analyzed using Smart-PLS 3.2.FindingsFirst, task complexity, task interdependence and task non-routineness have positive effects on instrumental and expressive ties, which in turn influences agility; Second, instrumental ties have a stronger effect on employee agility relative to expressive ties; Finally, ESM visibility positively moderates the effects of task complexity and task non-routineness on social network ties.Practical implicationsThe findings provide guidance for organizational managers on how to use task characteristics and ESM to improve employee agility, as well as insights for social media designers to optimize ESM functions to improve agility.Originality/valueThis study provides empirical evidence to explain the roles of task characteristics and social network ties in influencing employee agility, thus clarifying the inconsistent findings in extant research. The moderating effects of ESM visibility on the relationships between task characteristics and social network ties are also examined, thus providing further insights on the positive role of ESM in organizations.

How can complex relationship structures be managed? When collaborating in networks, the diversity of stakeholder relationships is increasing. Most times, this leads to interoperability issues that need to be addressed. In this chapter, the authors show how Anything Relationship Management (xRM) can increase interoperability in many-to-many (n:n) relationships. Building upon relationship management theory, they firstly categorize different types of relationships and link them with fitting IT solutions. The authors then give a brief introduction to the xRM concept. Following and more specifically, they present the EU research project GloNet1 and propose three technical xRM approaches (collaboration spaces, integration of external services, and synchronization framework) in order to improve social network interoperability, services interoperability, and data interoperability. The chapter closes with a conclusion, an example of application, and a research outlook.

As competition rages on in the business environment, the demand for increased productivity, profitability with reduced cost and effective performance has put organizations under pressure to redirect their strategy towards outsourcing in order to develop and focus on their core competencies. The broad objective of this study is to examine the effect of Human Resources Outsourcing on organizational performance in Deposit Money Banks. The study made use of a sample of 260 staff from 10 money deposit banks in the Asaba metropolis of Delta State, Nigeria. The research instrument was a 25-item validated structured questionnaire of the likert type scale. A cross-sectional survey research design method was adopted, and the statistical techniques used are principle component factor analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The findings showed that that there is a significant positive relationship between the variables of human resource outsourcing and organizational performance. This implies that its effect on organizational performance such as cost savings and productivity is as a result of outsourcing activities. The study therefore concludes that recruitment process outsourcing has significant relationship with organizational performance by moving the recruitment process to a recruitment agency, time is saved by the managers for more efficient planning. There is a need to adopt effective strategies when outsourcing recruitment process because human resource is the most vital asset of any organization. The study therefore recommends that Deposit Money Banks should engage in Human resource (HR) outsourcing practices, in order to get access to expert services as well as to take advantage of the excellent quality that external vendors provide and focus on their core competencies.
