Abstract A solar radiation distribution method is proposed based on the maximization of economic benefits for photovoltaic power generation and agricultural production in a photovoltaic greenhouse to solve the problem of low overall economic benefits because of an unreasonable solar radiation distribution between photovoltaic power generation and agricultural production in the photovoltaic greenhouse. First, a mathematical model of the solar radiation yield of photovoltaic greenhouse crops is proposed based on a rectangular hyperbolic modified light response model of crops to represent the relationship between solar radiation energy and crop production. Second, a mathematical model of the average annual revenue of a photovoltaic greenhouse is established to determine the maximum annual economic benefit of the photovoltaic greenhouse, and the model is constrained by the requirements of the light intensity of photovoltaic power generation and environmental conditions for the growth of greenhouse crops. Finally, the correctness of the model is verified by actual operation data of a photovoltaic greenhouse in Xinjiang, and the optimal solar radiation distribution proportion is calculated. This study provides theoretical support for the design of photovoltaic greenhouses.

In this paper, the problem of how to design a photovoltaic house to achieve the maximum power generation is discussed. An optimized solution of laying PV cells on house surface is proposed based on the solar radiation data of Da Tong (Shan Xi Province). Meanwhile, the concept Utility Factor per area is introduced and the inefficient combinations are discarding. Then Dynamic Programming Algorithm is applied to maximize the cells on each surface. It can be chosen that the inverters based on electric current, voltage, power and price after the layouts have been decided. Finally, the total power generation in a year and the total profit during PV cells lifetime is calculated. The solution involves various fields and covers every aspect of the problem as well evaluates the total benefits efficiently.

As smog significantly weakens the intensity of solar radiation, the impact of smog on photovoltaic power generation cannot be ignored. This article aims to improve the prediction accuracy of photovoltaic power generation under smog weather. The impact of main atmospheric meteorological factors on atmospheric aerosols under smog weather is studied, and radial basis function neural network is adopted to predict the optical thickness of atmospheric aerosols; then, the inclined plane radiation model is established to predict the radiation intensity received by the photovoltaic panel; finally, considering fully the factors affecting the photovoltaic power generation under the smog weather, the RBF neural network is used to predict the photovoltaic power. Experimental verification proved that the presented photovoltaic power prediction model has high accuracy.

This paper shows the result of analytical consideration of the optimality of the solar panel installation for the simple photovoltaic generation system. The power generation is efficiency when the angle of solar panel is to change angle finite times. We adopted the approximated function to figured air mass with sine function or power function in solar radiation data, and calculated the solar radiation to decide optimum angle analytically. Then we have obtained the optimal relation which means the optimal relative angle, and the solar power generation will be made efficiently by using only simple structure.
