Position detection method is applied in industrial production. Some of these methods can ensure positioning accuracy but poor ability to resist pollution, some lower cost but positioning is not accurate. In this paper, we study the Gray bus location system can be used in linear or circular displacement detection. Gray bus location system has a precise location. Its ability to resist pollution is strong, waterproof. Gray bus location system detecting the unloading cars real time location, then, let the signal of real-time location transmitted to MCU.MCU converts the signal into switch signal to control the discharging car running. Through Gray bus position detection device and control system to work together, can realize the unloading car walk smoothly, the stop position accurately.

Zero-crossing detection with voltage comparator in position detection method based on the AC component of Supposing Neutral Point(SNP) induced sensitivity to noise. In this paper, it is proposed that the ASIC ML4425 should integrate AC component instead of the terminal voltage and phase-locked loop(PLL) was used to determine the proper commutation sequence for the BLDC motor. Basic principle and implementation of the ASIC-based sensorless controller will be presented and experiments will be given to verify the control strategy.

The principles and characteristics of the sensorless brushless DC motor rotor position detection were analyzed by using inductive method and third harmonic back-EMF detection method. A composite rotor position detection method was proposed in full speed range (including zero speed). At zero speed (static state) inductive method was used to determine the initial rotor position, and it was bases of starting and controlling for the brushless DC motor; at low speed third harmonic back EMF detection method was used. Analysis shows that the composite test method can estimate the rotor position, and it is to achieve the position sensorless brushless DC motor to run a viable method.
