The signature of a system is defined as the vector whose ith element is the probability that the system fails concurrently with the ith component failure. The signature vector is known to be a distribution-free measure and a representation of the system's survival function has been developed in terms of the system's signature. The present work is devoted to the study of the joint distribution of lifetimes of pairs of systems with shared components. Here, a new distribution-free measure, the ‘joint bivariate signature’, of a pair of systems with shared components is defined, and a new representation theorem for the joint survival function of the system lifetimes is established. The theorem is shown to facilitate the study of the dependence between systems and the comparative performance of two pairs of such systems.

In order to solve the problem of only have a few historical data that can be used in multivariate process monitoring, a new distribution-free multivariate control chart has been proposed. And in the control chart structure the control limits are determined on-line with the future observations and the historical data. Therefore, the proposed control chart has very important application in practice. However, the research doesn’t study the problem of the fault diagnosis after the control chart alarms. So we use LASSO-based diagnostic framework to identify when a detected shift has occurred and to isolate the shifted components.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of small sided game training on aerobic capacity in futsal. This research method is an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design research. The sample used is 12 futsal players in the Women's Futsal UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan. The instrument used in this study was the bleep test. Data analysis techniques in this study using prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing. The results obtained by researchers from the results of the calculation of the T test paired sample test explained that there is a significant difference in the effect of the aerobic capacity level using the small sided game method.

Abstract    This study aims to examine the effectiveness of NLP (Neuro Languistic Programming) training in increasing adolescent self-confidence. This study uses an experimental approach with a quasi-experimental research design. The research subjects were taken by purposive sampling technique with the condition of low self-confidence. The data collection technique used is the confidence scale. Data analysis techniques used in this study used the analysis of independent sample test using Mann-Whitney. The results of the study based on the Independent Sample Test analysis obtained t value of 6.439 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that the respondents' confidence varies significantly. So it is known that the mean of the experimental group is higher than the control group (36.04> 12.96). This shows that NLP (Neuro Languistic Programming) training is effective significantly to increase the confidence of adolescents who experience self-confidence barriers.                 Keywords: NLP training, self-confidence, education level

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in stock returns before and after the announcement of the rights issue on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013 period. This study was conducted on 43 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange right issues in the year 2009 to 2013, with a purposive sampling method. This research used the t-test analysis test by way Paired Sample Test with the observation period (event window) there are 20 days, t-10 (10 days prior to the announcement of the rights issue) and t + 10 (10 days after the announcement of the right issue). The announcement of the test results are known to contain information because the announcement led to market tereaksinya indicated by the presence pf abnormal return that occurred and the results of t-test menunjukkan significance value 0.036<α0.05 to distinction stock returns 10 days prior to the stock return 10 days after the announcement of the right issue. This that information is not leaked.
